I find pretty much all of the single-digit WrestleManias hard to watch, although it’s a bit unfair to say that as the first six or seven were before my time as a fan.
11 was a tough one. The build had a LOT of LT vs Bam Bam, and it had zero appeal to me as a kid in England with no interest in American football. I wasn’t at all invested in the top baby faces at the time either.
12 was also not great. I was very into the boyhood dream title chase of Shawn Michaels, but that iron man match was a slog to get through.
13 was a one match show, but that one match was one of the best matches of all time.
Everything from 13 onwards has had at least one all time classic moment or match, so I think I’m going with 11 or 12 as the worst.

I liked 12, I might be in the minority, but I also liked the Iron Man match. The Taker/Diesel match was really good, better than I expected for sure. The Backlot Brawl was fun, probably the best thing they could do with Piper at the time. And it probably gets more hate than it should, but I liked Warrior's return match. I don't think a 10-to-15-minute match would have been the best thing for Warrior at the time. The quick, short match was the way to go.

I think the undercard for 12 was mostly fine (although Austin-Vega had no place on a Mania card). I loved the Warrior match and the backlot brawl, and Taker-Diesel was decent. But that main event was such a letdown for me. I know there are people who really like it, but it just puts me to sleep.

Everyone who didn’t say #2 needs to go back and watch it right now. And then add it to their list.

I’d say it was also cool to see Taker main event 13 and win the WWE Title.

I am going to say some of the more recent ones. As for what numbers they are I couldn’t even say because they’ve all blended together in my mind.

There are some pros to most of these WrestleManias, but here is my list.
2 is very slow and 4 just has too many short, uneventful matches because of the tournament aspect.
9 is not very good at all, but at least has a few signature moments and the setting helps mask some of its faults.
11 is up there with the very worst. The two main events are solid, but everything else falls pretty flat even for someone like me who grew up in the thick of the New Generation Era.
13 is definitely a one match show. Without Bret versus Austin it would easily be among the worst ever.
15 deserves more hate than it gets considering how hot the WWF was at the time and the lackluster card.
There was a solid stretch where I felt like WrestleMania was consistently decent/good for a while, but that came to an end for me at 27. Since then, it has flip-flopped a bit over the years with some shows being duds and others finding a way to pleasantly over deliver.

I can't hate on #11. It was my first attended PPV, and second-ever live show. I was fifteen, and wouldn't be jaded by the IWC for another year. As a WrestleMania, sure, it was lousy.
But as an event, and a chance to see a lot of the then-core guys in person for the first time...it was awesome.
I'd go on to attend 24, 28, and 33. I have my tickets to the original, pre-COVID WM 36.

9 and 27 stick out as having matches that were mediocre-to-bad from start to finish.

Although I don’t remember exactly what happened when in the last 10 years or so, I distinctly remember 29 & 32 being crap.

Re-watching WrestleMania 37 right now. God, majority of this is awful.

For me personally, anything after 2014-2015ish was not great. I’m more of the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression era type of guy. When I saw more of Dolph Ziggler, the Shield, Charlotte Flair, New Day, etc- I’m out.

I'll say it again, I have a feeling it's going to be this weekend. Nothing really screams must see unless you just have to see the Bloodline lose their belts. Two must see matches out of two days? Yikes.
