Oh wow.... I remember watching all the 1995 Nitro shows on the WWE Network a few years back, but damn if I can recall anything special. I remember the main things just from WWE DVD releases and such.
So with that being said...
Pillman vs. Liger #1
Sting vs. Flair with Luger debut #1
Hogan vs. Luger #2
Flair and Sting vs. Arn and Pillman #7
There, that works for me!

Had to put the 2 Sting/Naitch matches on here. Always fun when these 2 fought each other

I haven't seen those matches since they happened, so I don't really remember much about them. I do remember liking the Luger/Savage match that was on one of the Nitro shows during that time. I also liked the Sting/Hogan match from the "Dark Hogan" time period when Sting wore the red and yellow.

This is way tougher than I thought it would be, not because there were no good matches, but hardly any are springing to mind, I more remember "moments" from the first year or so of Nitro than actual matches.
My picks off the top of my head are,
Sting vs Flair: The first show, where Luger shows up out of nowhere.
Hulk Hogan vs Lex Luger: This was the second show if I remember right
Brian Pillman vs Jushin Liger: The first match is the one I am talking about here, I remember reading about this in PowerSlam Magazine and I was desperate to see it and it lived up to the hype.
Ric Flair vs Arn Anderson: The cage match is what I am talking about here, this was another one that I read about in a magazine before I managed to see it.
