Kinda contradictory to start a topic asking the question but definitely has to be Montreal for me.

HBK being the GOAT when he was one of the most unprofessional, problematic and entitled superstars ever (and cost us many TV moments as well as careers of others). Even after born again change (Summerslam vs Hogan)
Definitely top 10, but not #1.

This is just going to end up being another “controversial opinion” thread it feels like.
I’m going with the Strongbow toy though.

Not tired of the speech but I do tire of how WWE talks about how once Stone Cold gave his King of Ring speech he was a massive star overnight. Not true. They still almost blew it

The Macho Man/Stephanie rumor. The Jake Roberts guitar shot stories from both him & Honky Tonk Man.

How "cool" the Curtain call was. It really wasnt...
Nash saying he would have stayed with WWF for one dollar more and he really didn't want to go to WCW. Lies. He was gone the minute he heard Sting money & rightfully so because his wife was expecting. I wish he would tell it the way he does on the Outsiders shoot.
Vince saying he was devastated to see Hall & Nash going-he wasnt. He told everyone Bischoff wouldn't know what to do with them & that Ahmed Johnson, Pillman and Mero were the future of the WWF.
Also burned out on the screwjob-particularly folks saying it was a work but amongst all of it? the narrative that Vince couldn't afford Bret & that he had to do that because he was afraid of the belt turning up on TV. More crap....He had plenty of cash & he knew the belt couldnt turn up on TV because of the copyright lawsuit. He was afraid of Bischoff announcing he had signed the WWF champion the next night which genuinely would have been a huge blow. Why they don't just say that Ill never f*cking know. Instead of saying he didnt trust Bret? say they didnt trust Eric.

They still almost blew it Yeah, it took a few months before he really took off. What made Austin a star was pairing him with Bret. Those two worked so well together and seeing him go toe-to-toe with Bret really made him. Not to mention, he was killing it on the mic during this time. Him destroying Pillman for being a little too excited announcing Bret Hart was really helped make him look like an evil SOB.

I would like to never hear about the damn Hell in The Cell and Foley going through it. Enough already. It was a dumb thing to do then and it's a dumb thing to keep bringing up now.

Anything about a "Mount Rushmore" of wrestling.
So bored of that question.

How great the Attitude Era was. It was like every other era in that there was stuff I liked and stuff I could do without.
Meltzer’s 5* match ratings. I can form my own opinions on matches I like.

More of a personal opinion but fantasy match ups that cross era’s for me. Along the lines of “John Cena v Bruno Sammartino both in their prime” seen them come up and never understand the point (although I lack imagination, so maybe that’s why I don’t get them).
But as I say just a matter of personal taste.

I am sick of hearing about how great the El Gigante and the Great Khali were as high flyers and mat technicians.
We all know those two were the greatest wrestlers to ever compete inside a wrestling ring, we don't need to be reminded of it daily!!!

From WWE- How awful WCW was. WCW kicked WWF'S butt for 83 weeks. ALso why talk crap about them if you want people to sign up for the network
It's stupid
