I don't know exact numbers because I don't keep a database but if you go by individual, unique Mattel figures bought, it would be Kevin Owens.
But if you factor in Jakks, customs and custom fodder, then it's Shane McMahon.
Sami Zayn comes in third behind those two though. I believe. I know Sami, Kevin, and Shane are my top 3 but the issue is that Mattel has made way more KO figures than Shane figures and potentially more KO figures than Sami and Shane combined. I still haven't managed to get a full set of Kevin back-fills yet but I've had every unique attire for Sami and Shane for at least a year now.
ETA: For just the women's figures, it's Stephanie McMahon and Bianca Belair. I own most of Bianca's figures at this point, Elite and Basic, plus I bought several duplicates of the one Elite just for the belt. And I own every Stephanie figure they've made in Mattel (minus one) plus many duplicates for fodder and several customs. And I own a bunch of Jakks figures for her too.

I mean 20. He has over 20. The last update in the Elite database thread says June 2022 and he was at 21 then. |

How did I miss like half lol Might be 23 now, with E99 and the latest Top Picks. Then there’s the UE coming. If I was around from the start I’d have all of Orton’s elites and others, but I managed to go back and get the Seth’s I had missed. Styles and Bálor are probably the only others I have all of their Elites that are in double digits. Just haven’t got the Legends AJ yet. |
