Needs to be tan, bigger and molded on singlet, just painting it on the skin seems lazy. Honestly any color singlet is fine, they all look good.

Tan would be nice. The rubber singlet is not great so I’d rather go for a molded one.

Who voted for the Boogs option I have questions. The same people who wanted Kurt in a cloth singlet and then said that they didn't.

If it’s skintone with a painted singlet, Mattel would either have to waste money painting the bottom half or the torso the same color, or we’d get a much more noticeable difference where the top and bottom halves of the singlet don’t match because one part is painted and the other half was molded. If both halves were painted, you’d possibly have issues with paint wear in the spots where the ab swivel causes the halves to touch.
Painted skintone minimizes this issue by putting the paint all in one spot where there isn’t articulation. It’s not ideal, but it works better.

If a scratch happens, Skin painted torsos you're at the mercy of trying to match the skin tone. Molded skin tone, it's a lot easier to match the singlet. If both are painted on different scenarios, you will notice the botched skin part first over the botched singlet. 9 times out of 10.

With painted skin they sometimes have color issues around the seams as well

I voted molded skin with painted singlet. This Perfect needs to be in his baby blue and black triangle in the back singlet. We haven't had it yet and it's arguably his most iconic. It would look great with a Ultimate jeans DDP, just sayin'. You could also do a variant for the New Gen folks too. This is my vote for Mr. Perfect's next attire.

A UE Mr. Perfect is an absolute must.
Mattel really needs to knock it out of the park because none of their previous figures have truly nailed it.
That said, I'd personally want his baby blue attire with the yellow triangle in the back.

Make perfect a chase figure and have it be a NWO hennig, black singlet with white triangle. One head scan with hair down, one with a ponytail.

I'd like it to come with (if we are only talking heads that have been released so far): Retrofest, upcoming Legends, SummerSlam BAF (ponytail). Might as well get as many good heads from an Ultimate as possible.

Actually the blue singlet with black triangle in and of itself is a 3 in 1 He wore that in wwf around 93 and also in wcw in the nwo. he also wore that in wwe later in the early 2000s (When he made his comeback) as well He could have a head with hair down for wwf and one with hair in a ponytail for nwo

I think the problem from my observations are that Mattel either makes certain characters too bulky or too thin. Sometimes they mix and match and it tends to look odd. Perfect was a thick dude, he needs a wider torso and thicker legs. RVD for example, has the proper torso, but thin painted on chicken legs. Stone Cold, same issue. He has the right torso, but then small arms and chicken legs. The UE Razor also has a small torso and small arms. Then the parts tend to variate between elites and UE. UE AJ Styles shares the same torso as Razor, but then elite Hall has a cut torso and AJ just got Sin Cara's whereas before he had the small cruiserweight torso. Doesn't make sense imo. I get that Mattel makes some of these decisions based off of scaling and spread sheets, but it gets annoying after a while. Some of these figures have been using the same parts since the beginning of the line and they're aware of it. Then occasionally, you get some one off figures of jobbers who get their own molding from head to toe and are never used again.
