We’ve had Elite 101 in hand for a month now. Are they seriously going to wait another month for WM before they give us Elite 102?

Now I just wait and hope Mattel uses the correct parts for him. He will either end up being great or extremely poor. |

I didn’t really have any interest in these, but I didn’t realise the Hogan figure was going to be this awesome. It has tapped into the nostalgia part of my brain more than pretty much any other figure, him in that gear is iconic from when I first got into wrestling.

It seems to me like they’re going to end up getting scooped by themselves, Championship Showdown 12 has been out for a while with no official reveal for Series 13 or pre-order, the lineup leaked but they haven’t shown anything. Is Ringside going to end up posting the NOW IN STOCK message on IG before Mattel actually gets around to announcing them? I know they like to have their monthly reveals but putting 30 days in between official announcements has taken the wind out of their sails more than once.

Where are Zeus' silver wrist bands?! They're in the proto pics, but not the MOC pics. Also, why does he have silver designs on his kneepads that weren't there at Summerslam? Yeah, he didn't wear the big jacket/vest thing either at SummerSlam 1989. The attire looks to be from his debut on SNME when he attacked Hogan before his cage match with the Big Boss Man.  That thing was a movie costume not designed for repeat wear in the real world. There’s an interview out there on YouTube where he’s wearing it and it’s literally falling to pieces…hanging threads, exposed foam and torn rubber all over the place. Pretty sure it went in the garbage after that appearance because it wasn’t used at any of his PPV appearances. |

What is Axxess/Mania about a month away? Probably will be Axxess before we see them now. last year it was 30th March on the Thursday and Mania was on the Saturday |

Isn't this always the time of year when we get an elite set in Jan and/or Feb on RSC and then there is a long gap and the next elite set hits in May (maybe late April)?
I'm pretty sure this time of year is always slow and then things ramp up around Axxess...

That Hogan is tremendous. I wasn’t originally going to get it, but seeing it now it’s a must buy. It’ll be good to have the Stars and Stripes bandana to go along with the Hulk Rules one to interchange into a Wrestlemania VII Hogan with the Hulk Rules shirt.
