Honorable mentions: Shane Douglas, Prince Iaukea, Ole Anderson, Shawn Stasiak, Nasty Boys, Ed Leslie (all gimmicks).

Paige/Saraya: We all like different wrestlers and that is cool, but she is one I have never understood the diehard fan appeal of.
Alberto Del Rio: The worst main event performer for me of all time (Big Show is a close second, but he at least comes across as a good dude). Can you think of anyone else that the WWE gave as much to in order to make a main event star? His matches were boring as hell and he had zero charisma.
Bastian Booger: Going for one when I was a kid here! Not only did he look gross, he sucked in the ring too. All his matches were boring as hell and I never saw him as a legit threat to anyone.
Alicia Fox: Let me start by saying she comes across as a super nice lady and is beautiful. However, if I had to pick a legit worst in ring performer that I have ever seen it would be her. She just looked so awkward in everything she did, even running the ropes looked terrible.

Alberto Del Rio: The worst main event performer for me of all time. Del Rio is a good one. He may be in contention for the worst pushed wrestler of all time nevermind worst world champ/main eventer. He was lucky he got his shot during a period business was down & many former full time stars turned part time. If not for his nationality, there is not a hope in hell he would have ever been given a job in WWE.

Cena - just not a fan, and I can't think of a time period when I was. Even when I stuck around and watched his segment/matches, I always kicked myself afterwards for not changing the channel.
Jarrett - mainly for his main event run in WCW in 2000/2001. He was okay, and he could have decent matches with people, but he was really annoying as the "Slap Nuts" main event guy. WCW was pushing him as a main eventer, and he never really was one. WCW had him as their top guy while WWF was had Austin, Rock, HHH, Mankind, Taker, there was no comparison.
Glacier - he looked cool but was terrible in the ring. His karate moves were so slow and unimpressive.
Can't really think of one person for the 4th spot, there are a lot of guys during the Monday Night War era and the Ruthless Aggression era that could make the 4th spot, but I can't think of just one. Not to mention a lot of wrestlers today, but I don't watch enough of today's wrestling so I couldn't name one specific wrestler.

WWF - Hardcore Holly Corp Kitchner Rikishi Too Cool (Doink if it has to be a singles wrestler)
WCW - Unmasked Filthy Animals Rey Mysterio (with the horns on his head.) Lash Leroux Evan Karagias Public Enemy (Glacier if it has to be a singles wrestler)
There are so many more but I’ll stop with them.

There are so many more but I’ll stop with them. Yeah, there were a lot of channel changers during the Monday Night War era. Each company had about 15 guys that you watched for, when those guys weren't on, you flipped over to the other company. A lot of the lower card wrestlers from both companies were unwatchable.
