So we’ve all been waiting and wondering but we’re almost positive whatever it is will be announced at Wrestlemania Axxcess in a few weeks.
So with that being said who here is planning on getting it? Or does it entirely depend on what it is for you? I’ve heard a couple diehards say they will back it regardless.
For me, it depends on what figures and/or tiers will be included. I’m more afraid of missing out on exclusive Ultimate Edition figures than I am of some type of entrance stage, ring ect. Although I will say this could change once I see whatever it is.
And for those of you who aren’t aware, Steve (AFA) went on The Turnbuckle Tavern podcast the other night and during the podcast (you can find it on YouTube), Steve was asked about the next Crowd Fund and he said it was coming along well, it will be expensive, start putting your money away if you haven’t already and don’t have to much sticker shock when you the price tag. He also said it’s going to be awesome and they tried to cram it with as much value as they could. And IF we unlock everything it will completely be worthwhile.
Y’all’s overall thoughts?

The only thing I'd bite on would be the Smackdown fist stage and really unique Ultimates.

Unfortunately I probably will not get anything from the New Generation or prior, unless its something *very* special. I think the New Gen arena overall works well enough for the Golden Age and I rather see something from a more recent time.
Attitude Era -- an entrance stage, or a Hell in a Cell.
RA -- SD fist stage, Elimination Chamber
Anything from the last 10 years -- who knows?
Seems to me like it HAS to be one of three things: Cell, Chamber, SD fist stage. Its a high price point and people would love to have it. There's tons of great UE figures that can go along with these sets, too.

I don't care if it's $500, or $1000 if the value isnt there, I won't support it.
I didn't support new gen arena until they added macho man. Even had to mull it over and would have reneged on and canceled my orders if Doink stretch goal didn't make it, ( I didn't even care about owning Doink, I cared about value more so).

They better not give us some weak ahh ultimate choices (if there are Ultimates included) like the barebones diesel and surprising choice of doink. Also I hope the crowdfund is either
1. Hell in a cell
2. Elimination chamber (round)
3. SD fist stage

Only thing I really care about is the figures,so if we're talking $400+,they gonna have to be amazing figures for me to spend that much.

I'm more than likely not getting this set. I've been cutting back on figure purchases. Unless, it's a Nitro stage with the works. If it is and it's above the $250, it needs to have something that'll make it worth it. That means jeans DDP UE, black singlet UE Bret and I honestly don't want another ring.

I tried to give that a listen but I couldn’t take the guy with the Seth Rogan laugh ever 30 seconds.
We barely got the New Gen Arena at $250 and that was with people backing multiple to resell. I don’t have high hopes for anything that would be even more expensive than that.

I'd like to see a figure set. Like, 5-10 figures. I have zero desire to have some huge clunky plastic mess sitting anywhere in a room or closet. Like, Best of ECW. Or, Best of WCW. All Ultimates of course.

It’s not gonna get funded so there’s no reason to get excited. Mattel has all but made it clear that they hate ppl selling on the bay for more money than what the item cost so to stop that from happening they will just rerelease any figure that has value. Nobody is buying 10 of these like they did the new gen arena.
I guarantee you if the UE Doink starts selling for $200 he will be rereleased in the soon to be created “Best Of Ultimate Edition “ line.

Maybe the RAW or Smackdown entrance set. WCW Nitro would’ve been amazing with some FTITL WCW Ultimate figs.

I backed the New Gen arena but I have limited space, so I haven't even fully unboxed it yet. I am already waffling about supporting this. I simply don't have room for huge sets.
The determining factor will be what figures will be included. I am a completist when it comes to female figures so if there are any women Ultimates, it will be an automatic order for me.
