I’ve just got back in to collecting WWE figures and I’m really only focusing on the Ultimate Editions. But there are probably quite a few wrestlers that will never get an Ultimate release (unless in the Coliseum Collection) and I’m not sure if I want to also collect Elites again.
I think things like the casual Andre Elite will work but I’m interested about how the others will fit.
Do you mix your Ultimates with your Elites? Are your Elites only there as placeholders until an Ultimate Edition is released?

For the most part my UE’s are on top of my Legends/FB/Elites shelves.   But there are exceptions where I have doubles of certain UE’s that I think are the wrestlers best version of mixed in on the collection shelves… On the Hulkamania era shelf I have UE13 Hogan & Mr T.  On the Attitude era shelf I have UE3 HHH, Austin & UE6 Rock.  On the WCW shelves I have Flair, Hollywood Hogan, Goldberg and Macho Man (Target)   Modern shelf has Roman, Brock & Finn mixed in.  |

Yes.
I really like the ultimates but I really don’t care that much. A figure is a figure as long as it’s not basic and the more heads/hands/entrance gears/belts the better

yes and no, dudes like Hogan and Brothers of Destruction are in scale imo, but gen1 Ultimates not so much,,,

Sort of. They used to have their own shelf, but now I have them sharing a shelf with my 2006-Present “Wrestlers I First Got Into on the Indies” shelf.

I have Hogan, Mr. T and The Ultimate Warrior on top of my shelves on their own. Then I have other Ultimates mixed in with the Elites.

I have a separate New Gen Ultimate shelf with the New Gen entrance behind them. It's nice cos there won't ever be that many so the entrance can remain the focal point. Just Hogan, Bret, Macho, Shawn, Diesel and Doink at the moment. Razor will go there whenever it comes back into stock.
