I still haven't found a Hogan. I thought he would be easy to find because he was the only one that never sold out on the preorders. First time I found these in-store there was 4 Hogans and 3 Heymans. Haven't seen either since, and only a handful of Samu and Fatu. |

Did some hunting this morning and hit four Targets. First had a lone Samu (regular) and nothing else. Second had two Samus, both regular, nothing else. Third had a full case of Hogan and nothing else. The last one had 3 Fatus, all regular, and nothing else. No sign of Paul E. anywhere.
The distribution on these is weird. I remember when the set with the Acolytes came out, every Target I went to had tons of both guys on the shelves. It is odd to see that stores only seem to be getting one figure from the set. Only one store I went to this morning had tags up for all four. The chase version of the Samoan Swat Team seem to be hard to find as well. I wonder if they are only one per case?

It's not any sort of weird limbo. The chases don't have unique UPCs/DPCIs/etc. It's not like the AEW figures, where the chase extends to the entire package. If you purchased a green Shamrock and a blue Shamrock from the last set, for example, it would ring up as if you were purchasing two of the same figure. There's nothing outside the package to indicate that the figure is a chase. It's essentially the same exact figure with a different coat of paint. So much so that you get silly MOC looks from time to time, like Molly Holly in blue with the pink cape and the tiara, or Lex Luger in the orange trunks and an nWo shirt. |

I know that happened with some of the earlier revived series, too. Happened to me with my Legends 7 Eddie...I found him in store, and cancelled my order once I'd made the purchase. With the frequency at which these have been hitting clearance, I don't preorder them anymore. I still buy them at full retail for some reason, though. |

Got them all finally. Funny thing is they were all found in stores in the “richer communities” in my area and no stock anywhere around the actual city.

A couple of Samus and Hogans in 1 store, 4 Paul Es and HELLA Samus at a second store, 3 Fatus and 2 Hogans in a third store, and nothing but L17 peg warmers at a 4th store the last couple of weeks. I only need chase Fatu; I passed on Paul E in favor of my pre order via the website and I hope I don't regret that. Something weird is going on with distribution, for sure.

Ive been able to find everyone from the prior 5 waves, chases included. But so far all ive seen is a lone Samu so far from this.
