Again......coverage was awful and pathetic. These YouTube toy channels who make two or three videos a day all year.....they dissappeared into thin air when you needed live up to date YouTube videos of these toy reveals. The coverage was just as dissapointing as last year and gave me a bad taste about it.
• No Charlotte Flair from Wrestlemania 38.
• No Becky Lynch figures from her Big Time Becks post-Wrestlemania 38 era. I have a feeling they won't do a shorter hair Becky mold and just will play it safe and her next toy will be when she went back babyface with the same hair.
• Rowdy Roddy Piper/George The Animal Steele Coliseum Collection was the highlight for me of the Night 1 Reveals. Keep looking at Roddy Piper and can't wait to own it. Also Million Dollar Man in that green suit. Looking forward to seeing it in Legends packaging. Bobby Lashley from Summerslam 2022 was another highlight.
• They are bringing out a Bianca Belair Ultimate Edition from a B show like Hell in a Cell? That's baffling to me.
• Tempted to get that Bret Hart Defining Moments, love the attire, where he was positioned at the time, love the simplicity and coolness of the jacket. Even though his face looks like he has been on a steady McDonald's Big Mac diet, and looks like an old bald guy wearing a Bret Hart wig that doesn't fit. But they aren't going to improve those face scans.
• Drew McIntyre Elite from Clash at the Castle 2022 and Solo Sikoa were the highlights for me from Reveal Night 2.

Truth be told, nothing revealed tonight/this morning that couldn’t have been announced yesterday. The Gooker and DF are fine, but this should have been hard sell for the Nitro Stage and talk about supporting Elites and Ultimates. Everything from yesterday were figures set up at the Superstore. The panel reveals are for things they don’t have physically ready to show yet. It wasn’t a totally inspiring reveal sure, and it being at the end of the day is a factor too. Don’t think it’d feel so negative if it was in the afternoon. You’re absolutely right - the timing is what killed them. With the late hour and coming after the Hall and with the stage being the big sell for the weekend, it did feel logical that the heavy focus would be vintage or classical. I only will also counter that a couple of the things featured - E100, Theory, Survivor Series Amazon, DM - were all in the Superstore as well. it could have been better. But at this point, we sigh, go ‘oh well’ and thank goodness our wallets aren’t getting lighter from last night. |

Bron Breakker is an absolute must for me. I’ve been waiting so long for them to finally release him and from the proto images the wait was definitely worth it. I’m picking up at lease two of each. Thank you Mattel/Steve for making him the chase! Still so many good attires we need from Bron though.
Solo looks good but way to thin. I will most likely pick up that AJ - just hope the final product has knee pads. Rick Steiner is another pickup, the jacket looks awesome! And of course, I’m a sucker for anything Ultimate Edition. So glad we’re getting Bobby Lashley in the line.
Ready to see what gets revealed Sunday! 😁

Yeah, disappointed by the amount of reveals last night. But I'm still on a high anyway from CC wave3, Superstars Bigelow and R&B Valentine reveals as well as Brother Love & Race going up for preorder. So it's all good.

I am certainly not without sin . You ordered Heroes of Wrestling on PPV back in '99, didn't you That was the ONLY PPV I watched scrambled because no way in hell was I plunking down ANY money on that one. I would later regret buying some of the McManus PPV offerings. |
