JR has said that Hall would have gotten a shot at the belt in WWF except he just couldn't be trusted...even then. .....awful pity. He was so OVER as Razor.

Hall really should have won the big one in WCW or WWE at least once each…… I completely get why people say that, but for me in the WWF he never needed it. He was great with the intercontinental title. He actually made that title feel way more important. |

Let's see how they compare:
Look/charisma/talking ability: Hall
Athletic ability: Steiner
Ability to kick my butt: Tie
On paper, they're pretty evenly matched. I'm personally gonna give the nod to Hall, as he was one of my favorites.

Very true but it would have been amazing to see Razor with the WWF Title at least once, he would have had a great reign tbh |
