I met Trish Stratus in the early/mid 000's while working for MuscleMag. She had been on the cover a number of times. They were launching a magazine for Women called "Oxygen." I don't remember if Trish was there to shoot for that cover, another MuscleMag cover, or was just there to say hi to Bob (Bob Kennedy was the owner who essentially launched her career).
Anyways. My jaw hit the floor when she knocked on my office door (I ran mail and e-commerce) and said, "Hi." I was in my early 20's, was a massive wrestling fan, and Trish Stratus in all her beauty was standing in my office talking to me.
Hilariously, a guy showed up working there in sales named Anthony. We would go out to the coffee truck and he would do this hardcore Italian voice/accent and call himself "Johnny Geo Basco." About a decade later I see a guy in WWE that looks like him. I said to my girlfriend, "I swear I worked with that guy and his name is Anthony." She looks him up....... Anthony Carelli AKA Santino Marella. MuscleMag helped make some big stars.

People can say what they want about Charlotte/Becky being the biggest female star of the modern era but I'm willing to bet Rhea surpasses them both. The total package.

People can say what they want about Charlotte/Becky being the biggest female star of the modern era but I'm willing to bet Rhea surpasses them both. The total package. Not saying Sasha isn't well known, but if you ask a non-wrestling fan if they know who Sasha Banks or Ronda Rousey were, I am sure more people would say they know Ronda before Sasha.

The Trish promo wasn’t bad but I was expecting something awesome after seeing how hyped up it’s been on Twitter but just felt like all the other generic heel promos

I wish Becky turned heel instead and was mad that Nostalgia acts were coming back to take spots away from the women who have busted their asses off the last several years to make the division what it is today
But then they probably would’ve cheered her
