Tired of saying it but at this point but Bill needs an eye test. His ability to not match up colours at this point is just laughable. Who looks at Eddie and thinks yep, same colour as the latest Hogans! Even though I got Hogans skin wrong for over a decade. Just inexcusable at this point. I'm convinced he pulled up his WWE All Stars render |

Yeah the torso is terrible. Also the boots are pretty bad. They were gold not a pastel orange. They look right to me:   |

I think the recently revealed Ultimate Rey looks pretty rough when the entrance gear is removed too. I think it's a problem with the Ultimate Editions in general... because of the extra articulation (especially those damn butterfly joints), a lot of the time the figures just don't look as good as Elites. With the added size and bulk, the figures seem to have a Deluxe Aggresssion vibe about them... |

 Oh, uh....... sorry I just read the thread title...... I'll see myself out. This isn’t a bad figure though it’s just not popular I just think it stands out in the Legends line as something nobody was asking for - whilst there are tons of selections that people ARE asking for.... it's also very plain, bland, and as someone else pointed out..... clogging shelves all over the place around here, even at Clearance prices..... I bought one on sale because I wanted the Nitro shirt..... I had zero interest in the figure. |

I still can't forgive Mattel for salmon Bret either. Out of all the Brets and one of my most highly desired they screwed up the color on this one. What sucks is that Bret was more than likely a one and done. |

Fig looks fine to me, Skin tone is a little off tho. Not all of us Hispanics are brown.

The only Eddie I can think of that Mattel has done the correct skin tone for is Hall of Champions. All of his Mattel figures have been orange. Jakks couldn't get it right until towards the end either with CS17. As someone who had been crying for more Eddie figures since 2010, now that we've finally been getting them starting with Legends 8, I have to think "not like this". Not this year but I still haven’t forgiven ‘Salmon gate’. They really need to redo this. Also one of the worst paint matched torsos. It looks shocking! Survivor Series elite Bret has the same torso match problem. I was really excited for that figure only to see how wildly different the pink on the tights vs the pink on the singlet top was. |
