I’m sure it’s not an original thread but I’m bored and finishing up WWF 98 and thinking about how bad 15 was. Arguably the hottest time in the company and this is what Russo sh** out. So if you could rebook a Wrestlemania, what would your card be?

Though it's my all time favourite WrestleMania, here's a few changes i'd make to WrestleMania 23 (assuming injuries, leaving etc... didn't occur)

Instead of HHH vs Jericho @ WM18 I’ll add Austin or Angle to make it a 3 Way or even add both guys to make it a 4 Way... that would have been a much better main event.

But I don't have the problem with the Iron Man Match being less than an hour. What they probably could have done was make it a 2 out of 3 falls match and let it go almost an hour (maybe 50 minutes). The falls would have broken up some of the slower points in the match. |

I actually didn't mind it, but I do think a few falls would have helped it. That's why I say change it to a 2 out of 3 fall match where you get 3 falls in the match (2 for HBK and 1 for Bret) and the match can still go 45-50 minutes. Hell, it could even go the hour with them tied at 1 fall a piece, do the same finish with Bret having HBK in the sharpshooter as the time runs out, Bret thinks he wins but Gorilla restarts the match with Shawn scoring the final pinfall with the superkick. You also have to remember that the Rude/Steamboat match was only a 30-minute iron man match, not an hour. |

I would have DX vs Brothers of Destruction at Wrestlemania 26 when all four to them could still put on a great match. It wouldn’t be just a regular tag match, the stipulation would be “whoever loses the fall must retire” Taker pins HBK who still retires afterwards. Going into the match the suspense of Taker losing the streak without being defeated would be interesting.
Sheamus replaces Kane in MITB and the rest of the card remains the same.

WM 17: Austin wins a hard fought match clean. No turn. Arguably Vinces Worst booking decision because the financials show nobody wanted to boo Austin.
