Just what it says in the title.
I have a few autographed figures that would be difficult to replace (Roddy Piper, for example) that have some noticeable scuffs on the bubble. Is it possible to fix that without harming them, or would I be better off to leave them alone?

good question, i'd imagine you could buff them out but might take a lot of time and patience due to the fragility of the bubble. Maybe a rotary tool with a slow setting, and appropriate attachments obviously. using chemicals (e.g. rubbing alcohol) would probably be too aggressive for this kinda thing, but I'm just guessing.
I have no experience myself but would be interested to hear if anyone else can advise on this.

I would leave them alone especially if the wrestlers are no longer with us.

As a moc collector I can tell you that it's pretty much impossible to permanently remove scuff marks. I wouldn't even try because you'd be risking making it a lot worse. However, there are a few things you can buy, such as a plastic restorer or polish, that might make it look a little better, although I would try it out on something else first to see if/how it works.

Autographs may be a bit harder to mess up than you think especially if they’ve been on there for a while … I have actually tried to remove autographs signed in sharpie with alcohol & polish in the past that were about 8 - 10 years old & they will not come off … Now, I’m not telling you to use alcohol or polish on yours or that they might remove any scuffs … my only point here is that a lot of time’s autographs can be more resilient than you think … but it could also depend on what they’re signed with too, use your own discretion

Leave it alone. Some guy would prolly tell you the value is lost due to you cleaning it.
