WWF Savage does seem like a budget nightmare. From his entrance robes, to his king/cowboy attires that require multiple deco hits, plus a shirt, plus a jacket with streamers. Thereās a reason we didnāt get as many of his most iconic looks as we wanted and when we did they werenāt always complete. Exactly the reason. For an Elite (Defining Moments) there wasnāt space in the budget for everything. The Ultimate Edition allowed the budget to include the shirt, etc. that the DM didnāt. Doesnāt mean the DM was intentionally incomplete. It was meant to be displayed with the jacket on. Another thing Mattel is evolving towards. A more Hot Toys take on certain figures. Especially the UEs. Multiple way to display the figures. That wasnāt the intention for the earlier years of Mattelās WWE lines. |

I realize everybody's focused on what "they" have and what "they" want and I'm not acting like I'm any different, but it's about everybody not the individual. Though I have some of his figures, I personally dislike the Ultimate Warrior. I would still say barring any controversy you could never lose the Ultimate Warrior, and I'd feel more bad for the fans that wanted more than content for myself that I have all I need.
Some people are newer elite collectors, myself included. I've been on MOC Savages for about 5 years, but to this point I have zero loose Macho figures. You can say that's "my fault," but if I could see into the future I wouldn't have bought a Racing forum today.
The last thing I'm worried about is how much my MOC Macho King is worth now, I'd rather walk into a Target in 3 months and see it back on the shelf in the Best of Legends line. Not everyone is a day-one collector. A lot of people here may be, but I'd dare to say the overall majority of figure collectors are not.

Imagine thinking a company ādropped the ballā because they didnāt make versions that YOU wanted them to. Between Elites, Basics and Ultimatesā¦ they covered every era of Randy Savage. He wasnāt going to be in every series of every line. Every iconic attire of his was made in figure form. Exactly! Letās face it Heās not Surfer Sting who definitely deserves that treatment! Now Sting they 100% dropped the a ball with. Macho was a solid B+ level guy, but to deserve being every wave of every line you need to be on Stingās A+ level.  There you go MKSavage did you think I wasnāt going to reply to your shots fired gif saying I was being Sarcastic? Me!? Sarcastic! Pa-LEASE!!!!How many of these do you want...  Here, take a few more...  Hes had the same awful take for 10+ years on this site. He is right though. Bill & Steve have a budget. So they canāt give Savage every piece of clothing he wore with the attires. Iāll give you the undersized head he had until E24(?) but other than that Machoās figures have been good for the budget of the waves theyāve been in. They could have easily put him in every wave and had all of the other figures in the wave in all black attires to balance out the budget... |

Only I understand that these are toys, only i understand that they will never be perfect and even though this is a forum to talk about the good and the bad, you all shouldnt complain about these toys if they arent up to YOUR standards just dont buy them!!!

Thereās also a major difference between complaints/critiques and claiming that a company ādropped the ballā or insinuating that they put out a bad product. Thereās a reason Bill left this forum and why Steve has said he has āmultiple people hiddenā. Accusations such as the ones mentioned.

This is such a strange situation. Major Bendies ALSO just announced a Macho Man, which means we've seen 2 independent figure companies reveal a Macho Man shortly after one of the biggest toy manufacturers in the world announced a cancellation. Wtf.

Wtf. meanwhile the major company who was supposed to have a very nice figure of his come out very soon has now canceled it and has provided zero information as to why, as well as no new reveals of him at the biggest toy reveal of the year. I was thinking production issue but as time goes by and nothing at SDCC, itās worrying me that it actually may be a licensing issue.  |
