I'll be the one to say it, but I'm okay. The last Macho I bought was the WCW Target exclusive and it was more or less what I wanted for my collection. There's some other Macho's I've wanted throughout the years, but nothing drastic imo. Sucks for those who had this figure on preorder and were really looking forward to more Macho's. I wouldn't mind if we didn't get any more Warriors either, but that's more to see the meltdown on the forums lol. Yeah... I've only bought 1 of the last 4 or 5 Elite Macho Man. I'd have liked this UE - and a Coliseum Collection figure, but after that, I'm good. Same with Warrior... I'm getting there with Hulk and Bret too (and others). I'm like that with most figures now. I used to buy all the Elite CM Punks and then one day I asked myself why I needed so many variations of the same figure. There are some exceptions of guys that I wanted in certain retro attires for years though. With Bret I'm fine with the upcoming UE MNW and hopefully a WCW rerelease pink salmon version. |

Tom: "A lot of people have been asking about a recent Macho Man figure. Anything you can share with collectors?" Steve: "Unfortunately sometimes things change. It's something we'd love to revisit if we're able. You never know." /cut scene Tom - Can we expect names like Macho Man, Dolph Ziggler and Tamina in the elite line? Bill - If enough people want these we’ll try to find a spot. I personally would love to work on a Tamina retro. Time will tell.. |

If Macho truly ends up being off the table then that does open up slots for other legends. Be a real good opportunity to put an Ultimate Hardcore Holly in that slot Fixed that for ya |

I’ve been holding off on ordering the Mega Powers set but last night I pulled the trigger. The cancelled Ultimate was one I was really looking forward to because I missed the Defining Moments by like a decade. If they can sort it out down the line, fantastic, but I’m happy with the Savages I do have.
Wild that Macho, Sting and Jericho are not going to be a part of the Monday Night Wars line.

The most disapointing part about ue18 savage is that i had it pre ordered. We almost had it. We were so damn close. We definetly got a lot of great machho figures but it sucks losing one that was so freakin close to being delivered Well this will have to do for now  Oh and this gem  |

This is the only aspect of this situation where I feel like Mattel "owes" (for lack of a better term) their customers an explanation. I already have this set but I'm considering buying another one if these and some others are the last chance I have to get Macho figures at retail. Would I make these purchasing decisions if I knew this was just a delay/issue with this specific figure? Probably not, but the not knowing has me thinking of burning through ~$100 to make sure I have at least a temporarily suitable collection of loose Macho's. That I have a slight problem with, but business is business. |

Yea that one is ok but a 1/4 statue with a soft good robe should be made Yeah almost like the Mcfarlane statue which also had him wearing the Winged Eagle. Still mad that I missed out on that smh But the topic of savage, yea storm collectibles would be a great company to do savage based on what they did with Hogan. They'd probably be able to do the mania 7 attire on top of some other memorable attires |

That's basically my story as well. I had the Hasbro figures from the 90s with some still on card but didn't really get into collecting until Mattel took over the WWE line. From there, I just started collecting the guys I liked growing up in the 80s and 90s, with the occasional 2000s wrestler (Austin, Rock, Mankind, HHH, Angle, etc.) The DM Macho King Figure and the DM Ultimate Warrior figure were two of my first wrestling figures I purchased since the 90s Hasbro's off eBay, along with Legends S2 Jake the Snake and Rick Rude, and the RSC exclusive Macho King figure. Since then, my collection has grown into a full-blown addiction... |

Same here. I had LJNs as a kid. Then nothing until DM WM7 Macho in December 2010. Now with him out of the line, my purchases feel like they will be few and far between.

Really hope this gets sorted out. Really sours me on preordering anymore. Think you have something locked down for months and this happens. But people can get fired and still get their figure out somehow. Sometimes it sucks to be a bigger wrestling figure fan than wrestling fan. ..
