Do you group all your HBK's, AJ's, Macho's etc if you have more than one or do you split them up? I'm undecided what to do....I currently have a detolf shelf per era and if there's multiple attires for a wrestler I'll pick one to represent then a misc shelf where the other releases for that wrestler are grouped. However I'm now thinking would it look better having all the HBK's together, or all the AJ's together, but obviously with someone like HBK his figures range over 20ish years, so wouldn't fit in with eras.

I have so many John Cenas and Ultimate Warriors, they have their own displays. Otherwise, my main displays are
1) Mattel WWE 2010-current
2) Mattel WWE Legends of Wrestling
3) Jakks Ruthless Aggression Era 2002-2008
4) Jakks Classic Superstars
I allocate them to the appropriate display and I have Jeff Hardy in all 4.

Usually separate by era...works pretty good for me.
With Warrior I just rotate him in & out

That’s probably most of my collection. I have some shelves for golden era, new gen, WCW, AE and RA, and NXT. The rest are cubes with multiples and maybe figures that go with them. You get the idea… Then I have older elites of those people on their era shelf like NS Undertaker fix up and HoC Kane on AE shelf.

I have dedicated Rudest shelves for CM Punk and The Elite right now (and an HBK shelf as soon as I do some rearranging), then AEW overall minus those guys has a Rudsta shelf, and else Mattel is in a Fabrikor divided into eras (Pre-September 2006 Looks from WWE/WCW/ECW/etc., WWE Post-September 2006, Ultimates, and Wrestlers I Became a Fan of on the Indies) multiples of someone in the same era/group are in that group.

Guys I have grouped together: Shawns, Brets, Hogans, Savages, Warriors, Undertakers, Nash/Diesel, and Razor/Hall, tag teams get their own shelf, and Ultimates on their own shelf (including those names I just mentioned.)

I’ve been thinking I want a good Mick Foley display of all his Mattel figures, but already have a Mankind in my champions display and a Cactus in my 1998 display. So I’m actually debating on if I just buy doubles of those figures or have them just separately displayed.

I’ll try to keep each character together best I can but I also have era and promotion displays so I’ll fill in those rosters when needed

Typically one per era, unless it’s a different gimmick.

I do both for certain guys i collect. I have my Ruthless Aggression shelves, then other collections for the like of The Hardyz, CM Punk, Razor etc... If it's an attire that fits into the RA shelves, i'll get multiple to display in both. One example: I got 3 of the Survivor Series Elite Jeff Hardy so i could put one on the RA Raw shelf, one on the Jeff Hardy shelf, and the 3rd to customise & also put on the Jeff Hardy shelf. Another is the 2nd UE John Cena, where i got one for the Raw shelf, and one for the ECW shelf. (Posting this pic for the 100th time)

Attire date order FTW…this way they’re in with who they supposed to be, you get your eras by default.

You can have a shrine to one wrestler. You can organise them in eras.

I usually separate mine by wrestler, most of the time if I open the figure its gonna be of a guy/girl that I have couple of already anyways. So I don't have many of just one or two figures of a certain guy.

I don’t know if that is up to date or not but personally, part of the fun for me is finding the match/event/era myself, the nostalgia hits and get to test my knowledge/memory.

I have my shelves sorted by years roughly and if for example there are two 1990 warriors I’ll either move one up or down a shelf if there isn’t one above or below, or out one at front and one at back.

I have a glass case setup with multiple Ken Shamrock figures. One is a modified E52 to reflect his look from KOTR ‘98. I use that figure to have an ankle lock on someone (this figure gets swapped out to keep the display fresh. Currently the victim is King Mabel). I also have loose figures of both legends versions with both wearing either the IC title or tag team championship. I have a customized version of Shamrock in black trunks/black kick pads wearing his black entrance robe and a blue version in black shorts and a straight jacket. To finish the display, I have all released versions in original packaging with E52 bearing an autograph.

Thats mine. When I switched jobs a year ago I didnt quite have the time I did prior to keep it updated, so its a bit behind. I use the shert to keep all my figures in a rough 'date of attire' order for my own display. Theres an 'Attire List' thread here I made where multiple fine people in this forum have contributed to helping keep that list growing.

I display them by keeping some MOC and some loose in different attires. They don’t all blend in that way or look like a conga line. Keep the MOC in the back of the shelf and the loose in the front. You can even turn the MOC slightly sideways if you need more room. Comes out looking really clean that way.
