I still think these should get updated technology instead of just being straight re-releases, but ill take the opportunity to pick up a couple more Warriors and an Austin if those are the picks EDIT: The links are still live on EE's website for what it's worth. Case of 4WarriorAustinThey say on the site that they don't expect any shipments, which jives with what happened with Series 1. I had the Triple H and Bret Hart pre-ordered through them, and then they were apparently told by Mattel that they were not getting any, and that the figures would remain exclusive to a retailer (ringside of course). I assume going forward, EE will not be getting future waves either. Yay more rereleases that easy to buy at retail. Can’t wait for us all to have the exact same collections, what a great hobby that will be. 🙄 My guy........these are $20-$35 toys. I guess it is cool to have stuff nobody else has, but thats some petty BS Damn, I was told the same thing from a Canadian online store. That all their pre-orders got cancelled for the same reason. Isn't series 1 popping up at US Walmarts? Must be Walmart as brick and mortar and Ringside as online exclusives. Too bad, was hoping to grab HHH.

Lol - I prefer property as an investment but thanks for the advice. Jokes aside, I learnt a LONG time ago figures aren’t the place to try and make money, and I don’t try and make money, just to be clear. It’s about enjoying collecting and interacting with other collectors. It will just get a bit boring if we all have the exact same figures. Just my thoughts. 🤷♂️ And you’re allowed to your opinion, but why should Mattel leave money on the table when they see secondary market prices soar over the last few years? Not everyone is gonna want all the same figures, but the ones that do should be able to get them reasonably because toys aren’t the end of the world. Unless you’re a completist and have to have everything, but that’s psycho so I won’t even argue with it. Guess the counter is, Mattel in theory leaves money on the table (or at least has in more recent times) every year with the SDCC exclusive. When it sells out and and everyone complains, we are told that it’s collectors edition blah blah blah. Me personally, I’d rather see the SDCCs made to order (so no one missed out), and when figures are released (with plenty to go around for everyone who wants it) we then move on to something else. But you’re not wrong, no doubt Mattel is making hay while they can, but for me, I enjoy collecting more when it’s new stuff we haven’t had. And that can be elites made as Ultimates (or the other way which we might see one day), repaints or completely new figures.

Maybe, but they’ve still got to make them, that it slows down the production for newer figures to get to market, and/or slows down the entire process. But again, I’m purely talking from how I enjoy collecting figures. To each their own. 👍

If anything we need rsc to get on the ball with their exclusives into ultimate which they finally seem to be headed towards with the Usos.

Maybe a “in your house” line with figures based off the Hasbro line, released through Mattel creations and/or made to order. And I certainly agree on the RSC exclusives, hopefully most (if not all) are Ultimates going forward.
