We understand not everybody knows the rules and who has a legends deal… (and no, that isn’t our business to share) But who do you want to see us go after for Big Rubber Guys in 2025? (If they have any WWE/AEW affiliation, they are likely off the table.) I know some of these guys have WWE deals, but maybe they can be caught when they expire
Barry Windham Mike Rotundo tag Mike Rotunda Varsity Club Dan Spivey yellow attire Sid and Spivey
Young Stallions
Eddie Gilbert (to go with the Missy Hyatt) Lane and Eaton Freebirds Ronnie/Jimmy Garvin
Doom Lex Luger
Nikita/ Ivan/ Krushchev Masked Superstar Von Erichs Dory/Jimmy Jack Funk Rougeaus
Virgil Sting (I know you tried)
Steiners Muta
And my longshots that would probably sell about 10 figures - John Tatum and Jack Victory
Great wishlst! Totally forgot the Rougeaus Bros on my list. Dino Bravo also needs to be added on my list!

Spent some time going through some old rosters and came up with a lengthy list of possibilities. I tried to stick to ones that were the most toyetic so that there would still be a coolness factor to it even if it isn’t something I would necessarily purchase.
LIKELY AVAILABLE & DESIRED Crush Abdullah the Butcher Dino Bravo Terrible Ted (the wrestling bear) Butch Reed Jim Cornette Nikita Koloff Stan Hansen Barry Horowitz All available Von Erich’s
LIKELY UNAVAILABLE Howard Finkel Bob Backlund The Machines Sid Rookie Dustin Rhodes Genius/Lanny Poffo Pentagon Jr. Jerry Lawler The Black Scorpion
NON-WRESTLERS Jack Tunney Alfred Hayes Mike McGuirk Sean Mooney Earl Hebner Dave Hebner Tim White Joey Marella Danny Davis Gordon Solie
MEXICAN STARS La Parka Mil Mascaras El Santo Octagon Blue Demon Jr
JAPANESE STARS Minoru Suzuki Jushin Liger Antonio Inoki Giant Baba Tiger Mask Great Sasuke Bull Nakano Haysbusa Mitsuharu Misawa Rikidozan
LITTLE CHANCE BUT STILL DESIRED Buddy Rose The Grappler Matt Borne
NON-WRESTLING LICENSES Ghostbusters Terminator 2 Back to the Future Batman 89 Horror Icons (Freddy, Jason, IT, Michael Myers, etc.) Universal Monsters Mr. T ICP Cyndi Lauper Mike Tyson’s PunchOut Street Fighter Saturday Night Slammasters Final Fight
HONORABLE MENTIONS Larry Zybyszko Ron Garvin Mr. Wrestling II Dick Murdock Dutch Mantel Verne Gagne

Oooo, if luchadores would be an option, I would LOVE to have Fishman and Atlantis. Good call, Chair Shot.

The Luchadores might be hard to predict sales-wise the more niche you get…but damned if they wouldn’t be some of the most toyetic with incredible variant opportunities!
LJN style figures are such a good form factor. The WWF 84-91 era will be a little limiting with many names having been made, legends deals, and WWE owned IP. Even branching out to NWA is a little difficult in that there are tons of names but, to borrow a phrase from Matt, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. So looking outside beyond those current limitations, there is a whole world of characters inside and outside of the wrestling business who could sell. Maybe there is a market for Robert Stack from Unsolved Mysteries.

Look, you mix a little glitter in with the paint on a lucha libre LJN style figure and I'm a day one preorder, no matter who it might be. Give me Dr Wagner Jr, The Villanos, Gronda, Charley Manson...I don't care. I would love it!

Maybe too niche and/or not possible, but seeing mentions of The Machines in a few responses here are making my collector head spin! 3 Pack please!

When you go sign a talent how do you know if the talent has an exclusive contract signed with, lets say, ZST. If the talent does not know/disclose this to you how do you find out if they are legally available or not? Depends on the situation…asking talent, asking lawyers, asking the other company, etc.

He isn’t interested.

My biggest wants from this line that may be possible and haven’t been announced yet would be Dino Bravo, Frenchy Martin, Akeem, Leaping Lanny Poffo, ring gear Hercules, Fabulous Rougeaus. I’m not too fussed about most NWA guys.

I mean, I don't wanna ruin the secret...but Andre The Giant was Giant Machine.

Also, that business about Andre possibly being Giant Machine was all alleged anyway 😄

I dunno why my brain went to "Demolition were Super & Big" when, in fact, it was Mulligan and Eadie. Derp. Ignore me, carry on.

Hoo boy. As a guy who grew up during the Golden Era WWF, my mind is firing off these sorely-missed wrestlers from the original LJN set (not sure if possible or not): Dino Bravo Butch Reed Rougeau Brothers Ronnie Garvin Kerry Von Erich Lanny Poffo Honky Tonk Man (wrestling gear) Hercules (wrestling gear)
