labels are printed, but it still requires man power for the picking and packing. I’m trying to be at the warehouse atleast 2 days of the week when new releases happen to assure picking and packing are being done to the highest of standards We’re currently at the end of the 4th day since the shipping label was created for my order & according to the tracking number it STILL has not been taken to UPS … still trying to wait patiently but starting to get concerned here, especially since others that have also been waiting have now had theirs shipped … I had no issue like this at all when I ordered Magnum Bro you need to chill. lol. What are you concerned with? All labels are printed first. Then they are sent out in batches. We aren’t shipping out 10 orders but we also aren’t Walmart. |

This isn't Walmart carelessly throwing your product in a box and not caring if it gets destroyed. This is a small company selling a premium item, and taking the proper care to make sure you get it in mint condition. It'll be worth the wait. |

These are wrestling figures you're getting worked up over - this isn't a two bit start up company with no track record and shady socials; these guys are proven, readily available and have delivered each and every time with a product that gets better and better. Every order I have placed had several days waiting to move after the initial notice I received of a label being created.
Maybe take into account just how many other people ordered this Series besides you. The fact that POP has been one of the most requested “wants” from the majority of us probably made this series way more popular than Magnum and Hacksaw. Then add Dusty on top of that and i bet BRGs number of orders to fill probably are ridiculous.

It’s the blessing and curse of our current online preorder system. I truly miss the days of going into the store, pre-internet, and being surprised to find new figures to pick up! Of course, even then, you’d see on the back of the card figures you also want that weren’t in stock, which you’d have to then hunt down. But that was fun too. Just sitting and waiting for emails, while easier technically, isn’t as exciting. |

We’d love to be mostly in stock/less pre-order. We aren’t there yet. We do feel we are # 1 by far in terms of wrestling pre-order to in hand. We do have some in stock items planned for 2025. Majority of MajorStars and Major Bendies will be in stock in 2025…few random BRG too.
Did I mention we will have in stock Royal Rumble WrestleCon BRG exclusive?
AND Mania WrestleCon BRG and MajorStars exclusive!

Received my powers of pain today and they are an absolute work of art! Best figures in the line so far! I also caved and bought the blue bulldogs. I told myself i wasn't gonna do variants with this line. I passed on the blue andre but the mania 2 bulldogs were different enough and are too iconic to pass up on so that's how i justified it. Plus that match was always a favorite of mine as a kid seeing i was a big fan of both teams. This is definitely my favorite line going out of any company. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

During the p/o window, I posted that I was on the fence because I really only wanted Warlord but had to buy both. VF1 said to sell Barbarian and recoup that cost.
I say that just to say, and rather emphatically at that, that this set (and I bought Dusty too) is so well done that I just cannot fathom selling Barb (or Dusty off). You all keep getting better and better! Well done, team!
