I just finished watching Cardona’s series 3 live unboxing. At the end he revealed that April will have 3 figures for preorder, including Powers of Pain!!! Hell yeah! If that could be in-stock order, even better!

Expected date was March. I’m hoping “early” can still mean this month or by mid-March. Obviously, I’ll accept them whenever they come. Just seems to be a contradiction of ETAs.

Got my Sgt. Slaughter in but had to head to work so I didn't get to really soak it in. But from a quick glance I love it. Hope stands aren't too far out. That LJN shelf is gonna get crowded and it'll be a domino effect when 1 inevitably falls lol.

Such a shame, I missed out on the Pre-Order for that series.
I hope it'll get offered elsewhere. I really want that Sgt. Slaughter. Jannetty is cool too, but since there is 0% chance of ever getting an HBK to team him up with, i'll pass on that.

They have said Ringside ordered these, but in smaller quantities than the last series (Demolition). I recommend checking multiple times per day, and doing searches on their site, not just relying on the main page, if you really want it.

Do you know how long a boat takes? Then it’s in port. Then it ships to us. Then we ship to customers.

I don’t. I’m simply going by Kanik saying here that we might get them “early,” the ETA at preorder (and still in your site) says ships in March, and in yesterday’s video you said 1-2 months. I love your line and am buying these more than any other. Just wondering when to anticipate these figures I am looking forward to- because 1-2 months would not be “early.”

Do you know what this means?: Any updates on ETA for Jannetty/Slaughter/Flair? Are they still on track to be in-hand this month? Sorry for the impatience, just loving these figs and wanting to build my collection! Thank you! They're on the boat, should be hitting customs next week for processing. Once in hand we'll start shipping them out. There was a delay because the factory was overloaded due to the holidays. Series 4 has also shipped so you might get that earlier than expected.Darkprophet has been the most enthusiastic and biggest supporter of this line here. Let’s all just chill a bit.

I don't think you needing to tell someone to chill is warranted here as he gave the guy a direct answer. Sorry he didn't "kid glove" it enough for your liking, but YOU'RE making it a bigger deal than it actually is. This kind of stuff is FLUID, meaning dates and things can change due to factors outside of their control.
Enthusiasm is great, but it's clearly a case of someone who takes everything literally and needs to understand things happen. When it comes, it comes.

If this were a one-off or an occasional thing then benefit of the doubt would be appropriate. This is a pattern of behavior FROM AN OWNER OF THE COMPANY. If Jack Slime, Mitch, or ZST were in here giving that kind of response then they would deserve the same reaction. Darkprophet doesn’t need me defending him but if anyone here has earned a more respectful response it is him. Go back from the beginning of this thread and see just how complementary and passionate he is. I’ll leave it at that. I’m not looking to derail the very thread I created but do not pretend that business owners and employees of companies shouldn’t be held to a higher standard when dealing with customers. Customers may not always be right but they don’t deserve sarcasm nor general rudeness.

I will respectfully disagree he was being rude or sarcastic - I think he was genuinely asking the question. Much like the mistake I made earlier in the thread, you can't tell tone from text. Some folks simply don't give fluff answers. I'm glad the guy is excited and is passionate (Aren't we all? That's why we are here) but some semblance of common sense needs to come in to play at some point.
I would not like to derail this thread either and will drop it from here. Thanks.

At the risk of sounding defensive, I am a doctor and a business owner. I do have common sense. I was legitimately asking which source was more accurate in this case. As a fan looking forward to these. Simple as that. A little more tact in response would have been appreciated, but I understand it was a brief response to my legitimate question. I plan to still support this line.

I plan to still support this line. This baffles me; clearly - as a doctor - you have a higher education than I have, yet you have like zero feeling how the world works... These figures - like 99 % of all toys - come from Asia, mostly China. They are shipped - by boat - to the U.S., normally these boats pass through the Suez Canal in Egypt. Now in case you've missed it, next to Egypt there's a war going on: in Israel. Anyway, rebel groups who support the Palestinian people started to blame Europe, the U.K. and the U.S. so they started to attack these boats. So now these boats started to travel around the African Continent to reach Europe, the U.K. and the U.S.: a detour of about 2 weeks.

Andre and Macho have shipped. We expect to have them in hand in about 3 weeks. There could be multiple delays that could turn 3 weeks into 6-8 weeks. Once in hand I will start shipping the figures as fast as possible.
As for stands, they’re in production. But production has paused due to the new year. It will resume at the end of the month when the factory opens again. I expect them to be in hand by late April.
Once again we appreciate everyone’s support and enthusiasm for this line. We think you’re going to like what’s planned.
