Call me crazy but the figures were the selling point, not the box art. I love that i can store them in box or out easily, so the box design is great but I honestly couldn’t even tell ya what the box art is right now. The figures however are incredible and the closest thing to the original ljns ive ever had.

Not crazy at all. Yes, there’s art to the packaging, but it’s all about the figures at the end of the day. The original LJNs are my favorite toy line ever, and the fact that we are finally continuing that line with figures that actually match them is beyond incredible!

These figures are amazing! Speaking for myself, I appreciate them, would accept them in bubble wrap with no packaging, and can’t wait to see where this line goes! Keep ‘em coming! |

Looks really good. The bright yellow tights are definitely the look I think of for the 1980s Rockers; really pops. Shame no Shawn Michaels, maybe one day. But this one really came out great. |

Are you looking to stay with wrestlers and attires from the 1980s (both WWF and NWA), or would you branch out and go into the 90s and even the 70s? |

Purely speculative, but since Bossman has had WWE Mattel figs relatively recently, I’d guess he’s still under a deal there. OMG has a Zombie Sailor figure coming. Idk if all of his signings are exclusive, but he announced that Bundy was exclusive, so maybe OMG/Akeem is too? We may be getting into a new era of wrestling toys where the legends talent are split between various companies- sort of like streaming tv shows and movies. |

Though I don’t collect any of them because I collect enough crap, the top three tribute lines are the BCAs, the LJNs, and the Bendies. While it feel like everyone else is trying to do Hasbro knockoffs and most the time not quite hitting the mark, these three lines are a nostalgia gold mine. Not a “Major mark” or trying to kiss ass, just saying bravo. I’m impressed.
Now please get Dan Severn.
