Yes very excited for powers of pain but lets hope it's not the same done to death blue and black face paint. Zero interest in nwa so I'm disappointed to hear they'll be taking up spots in this line And I’m with you on not buying the NWA guys, myself. I was all about WWF as a kid in the 80s, so that’s where the nostalgia is at for me. Flair was the first and only one I passed on since Cardona and Myers. I hope that's the case. It seems like everyone else doing figures of them go with the blue/black face paint, so I hope these are in the red and black face paint - like their Survivor Series 1989 team photo look:  Also, I wonder which tights they will do; the one with their team's name down the legs or the one with the sword design? |

Powers of Pain coming in 2024. NWA talent coming in 2024. WrestleCon repaint coming in 2024. Confirming Powers of Pain is a fantastic Holiday gift! I recently met Warlord at an Indy show in Chicagoland. He couldn’t have been nicer. I can’t wait! What does “WrestleCon repaint” refer to? An exclusive repaint for a convention? If that becomes a trend, please keep that to repaints and not our only-chances for certain characters without paying huge secondary market prices (I’m looking at you, Mattel SDCC Sgt. Slaughter Coliseum Collection!). Repaint for WrestleCon. |

Cardona kind of let it slip on the podcast that Badnews Brown will be in a line down the road. That's cool. Will they be able to call him Bad News Brown or will it have to be Bad News Allen? Or just Bad News? Good question.. the WWE has been letting a lot of trademarks expire. That is why a lot of people have been trademarking their names. Like the Headbangers, demolition, bushwhackers, Adam Bomb, Tanaka and so on. I wouldn't be surprised if he is called Badnews brown |

Regardless it's all speculation until they announced the next series, but i would take a wild guess and say anyone they have made a bendy figure will get a BRG if they are in that era. I would love to see in the BRG line:

With Bad News Brown and King Haku seemingly no-gos, and Bushwhackers potentially off-limits (WWE Legends deals?), after Powers of Pain, I’m really wanting the iconic looks for Hercules and “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan. Sure, both had LJNs, but could benefit from updates.

I’m also curious to know how Dusty’s estate is being handled. It would be awesome to see an NWA era Dusty and multiple polka dot Dusty figures. |
