Yeah, Elite 71 Big Show is one of those figures I just coughed up the money for and I can't even be upset about it. I ended up paying I think 100 dollars for it shipped and honestly, what it's going for now, that was a great investment. Right up there with my Jakks "Limited" Christy Hemme, Dawn Marie, and Melina for 'figures I paid a crapton for and I would do so again'.
Now, if only there were a way to get ahold of the Jakks Ashley Massaro figure without paying 400 dollars, I'd be very happy about that.
But it sucks when walmart does this stuff. It's to be expected though. Love walmart for groceries. Given up on them for figures. If I need a Walmart figure I just go straight to secondary. There's no getting it from the site. Doesn't happen. I'd rather suck it up and pay the secondary prices than get caught in walmart dot com limbo and have those secondary prices skyrocket while I'm waiting on a figure that will never arrive.

Secondary prices are out of control. They skyrocketed. I paid $50 for the first Diesel when I started collecting and even that price was outrageous back then. I got Mankind and Flashback Kane for $35 a piece around the same time and that series was from like a year before I started collecting. |

I passed on that figure a handful of times. I feel like I only ever saw him, Nikki Bella, and John Cena from that set in stores. Traded a user here a Gerald Brisco that I didn't really want for the Adam Cole, and eventually got Drew from the Top Picks release.

Idk if related or not but my walmart got in a case of greatest hits elites. Looks just like a normal case of elites. Grabbed rikishi and Taker. Just thought I'd share for people still on the hunt for that wave. I figured they were online only and just that wm shipper and done.

Oh no, I wouldn't for any other big show on the planet. But I intend on at some point doing a full Corporation setup and I needed that Big Show in particular for it. So I grabbed it while I could. |

Ordered this from Walmart last week for $19.87. Didn't think it had a chance of actually being shipped considering how many of the older figures people ordered got cancelled. It doesn't make up for cancelling all Superstars preorders, but it's a start.  |
