Please someone explain it to me like I am 5. I heard people say the arm pins are the only thing that is different. Is this picture accurate? Why are the torsos different here?  |

The curious thing to me is that Mattel never made that "Batista" torso into a UE mold, until Series 10 when Rock and Cena both had that torso mold with butterfly joints.
So if this torso is new, its either the first-time use of it, or that Warrior is different than the OG release because it has butterfly joints under the duster.

Looking at the cut at the bottom and middle section of the pecs, it's the Roman, Rock etc torso

These are not the same abdominal pieces. In the OGs pics, the "new" Warrior looks to have same abdominal piece as the Roman figure.  |

I donβt have any of the new re-releases but isnβt the packaging ever so slightly smaller on the new boxes as opposed to the first few seriesβ? There really should be a difference. Even if subtle. Back during the first few elite series in 2010-11, they released a best of the year at the end of the year. Same style and size box, just different colors and wording. Should be like that here.

I mean, that OG one was so long ago, they have obviously changed practices a bit since then so everything is gonna look slightly different. They didn't have 20,000 of these warriors already sitting in a warehouse.
Personally it's fine. If you're a completist, you're getting them anyway, if you're not...it doesn't matter. It's still nearly the same figure.

Based on what I see...
- Torso does look mildly different, got me wondering about butterfly shoulders π€·π»ββοΈ
- Duster looks different for sure
- Austin got pinless elbows, so I assume the same as warrior...
- they added "Greatest Hits" on the back of the box

The chest could still be the same and not have the butterfly joints. Canβt tell though because he put the red circle where the cuts in the chest should be it itβs the same. |
