Steiners had nobody to wrestle but thats 100% on Vince. He lost interest in the division completely. Which is a shame too because they still had some good bangers with the likes of The Headshrinkers and Heavenly Bodies on PPV, but yeah the division was just bone-dry in 1993. Their title victory over Money Inc should have been at KOTR 93 too. Vince should have retained the Natural Disasters too & positioned them as monster heels. He wasted them.... |

What a tough choice! Demolition were so over in 89 and early to mid 90! Only Hogan and Warrior were more over. I only new the LOD from their WWF run, but the WWF did an amazing job of making them seem like such a big deal. The build up of them destroying guys from after SummerSlam 90 to winning the titles at SummerSlam 91 was awesome! I think I am going to have to give this one to the LOD, but it is very, very close.

Not tough at all for me,LOD is up there with Steiners and Rockers for my favorite tag teams as a kid. Looking back Demolition was really good but they just didn't do much for me,especially compared to the ones I named

Younger me would’ve been LOD all the way but the older I’ve gotten the more I like and appreciate Demolition
They were over as a mofo at WrestleMania 6 and that’s always stood out to me

LOD for sure. I wasn’t into wrestling at the time where Demolition was big, so im trying to give the benefit of the doubt for not being in the moment during their time. But for all of the matches and promos and stuff ive watched on them, I still think they’re wildly overrated.
Road Warriors are on the Mount Rushmore of Tag Team Wrestling. Demolition wouldn’t be anywhere near my top 10.

The toned the Road Warriors down for WWF/E. Seeing them in GA Championship wrestling or NWA, they destroyed other tag teams and then finished them off with the Doomsday Device that had more force than anything today. Hawk did not take it easy on anyone, LOL.

I was a Demolition fan more so than a Road Warriors/LOD fan.
I grew up watching WWF more so than NWA so Demolition were my team over the Road Warriors.
Yet, when LOD came into WWF I was a fan of them over Demolition, because by then Demolition was pretty much Smash and Crush wrestling and it wasn't the original duo at all so how can you not cheer on the LOD then, right??
