Hulk Hogan Figures The Hulkamaniacs Still Need

I'm pleased you snuck away to a backroom with Buddy to discuss a Hogan list. Python Power and/or Hulkster Rules logo from same era, Pastamania/debut wcw preferably without the jagged edges on the shirt. Hulk still Rules.

My list includes a few different specific memorable looks/moments. Some of the best evolution in Hogan figures the past two years has been the tan, the perfect Hogan face starting with Elite 96 and the Hulk Rules bandana. I would like to see a few new innovations in bandana sculpt and facial expressions.

Suburban Commando. Unique look and would look perfect next to No Holds Barred.



Red/black gear Jockass/Dookie Rip from No Holds Barred. I would welcome a two pack with the heel Executive Producer (blanking on name) or limo driver but I doubt that would happen. Solo release would be fine. Dookie expression would be awesome and so would an angry or stern look.


I really think Mega Powers deserves to be an Ultimate Edition non exclusive release. Mainly to get Macho's robe looking sparkly and sequined and I didn't like the full on Hogan tan on Macho especially in the face. I would like to see an entirely new sculpt of the bandana where it covers the top of the head but is a bit tighter and rounder than the Hulk Rules bandana and comes down on the right under the ear. Looks like a Hulk Rules shirt as a bandana but says Hulkamania right above the eyebrows. Very important look to get right.


The Mega Powers handshake was a crucial moment and the first handshake on snme was the best moment. The awkwardness of the way they held their own hands out and positioned the handshake. And perfect use for re-use of the expressions with the rsc mega powers extra heads. Two pack with Macho Man in that specific look with that bandana and wrist gear too.


Wrestlemania 4 Hogan when he "blessed" the Macho Man title win. Accessory could be a chair and a fun inclusion would be a Miss Elizabeth poster and Macho foam finger.

An ultimate edition that is specific to Hogan ending of the match and/or pose routines. Puffed out cheeks/ wide eyes when he is Hulking up and pointing at opponent. Sweaty hair, eyes closed full flex pose, facial expression with ha d behind ear.



Another much needed piece is a rubber non tear shirt that closes in the back with Hulk Rules logo.

My top Hulk Hogan figures that I most want to see: 



Hulk Hogan with a red Hulkamania bandana, yellow logo, possibly with a red weightlifting belt and possibly in a two pack with Tugboat as he hasn't had a release in a long time. As an accessory Tugboat could possibly come with Hogan fanmail letters from the Earthquake injury angle.

Hulk Hogan Ultimate Edition from Wrestlemania III. Savage and Steamboat have been reproduced at least twice. I think this Hulk Hogan from Wrestlemania III needs a redo with the same soft goods style shirt from Ultimate Edition 13 but in yellow, and obviously more than skin tone than the Defining Moments Hulk Hogan. It would match great next to the Vince McMahon Wrestlemania Build-A-Figure. 


 Everyone is going with Black and Red attire from No Holds Barred but I will be different and go with Hulk Hogans second appearance from The A-Team as he appeared in this picture. Would be a great way to get a White American made soft goods short, and with the blue sweatpants, the colours pop beautifully and thought that it would make for a great figure. 

Show me at any point during Wrestlemania 8 when Hogan has a flag.

Incredible awesome list. There are so many different looks Hulk Hogan has had it baffles my mind and I honestly think we need at least 6 or 7 Hogan elites or Ultimates a year if not more. Thanks for all the incredible suggestions guys. Of course Python Power and WM 8 have GOT to be next..right Mattel?

Lemme holla at an Ichiban ultimate, Hulk Still Rules Ultimate and a starrcade 97 ultimate.

I’d love to know why they’re holding out on a definitive 1990-1991 Hogan. Mattel really seems to favor the mid-80s headband look over the bandana look. Even the most recent basic is another Hogan 88-89 look again, but at least it has the correct tan.

I want an Ultimate Mr. America/Ultimate Vince 2 pack with lie detector accessory.

Seriously though, I’m glad we got Mr. America, but the pale skin and Sheamus torso ruin it. Give me the exact same figure with the same alternate heads in Ultimate form with the correct skin tone and I’ll be happy.
