I’d say the next UE two-pack would be the Outsiders.
Besides the Steiners and the Hart Foundation, there aren’t a lot of UE level tag teams WWE has access to right now (namely Demolition and the Road Warriors).

Can we get more ultimate 2 packs with 1 person? Maybe 3 pack and bring the then, now, forever line back but this time use it properly? For example, Rockers Shawn Michaels, 1996 HBK, and 2010 HBK? Mean Mark, 1995 taker, American badass? Hunter Hearst Helmsley, the game, corporate trips? Etc etc That would be sweet. I had actually asked Steve about this in the Q&A thread, but got no response. I assume if we were to get a 2-Pack of 1 character, it would be Finn Balor because of his 2 distinct looks: 1 in his "Demon" paint and the other in his normal attire, whether that be in his Judgment Day pants or his old trunks attire. While I'd love to see it, I think it'd be unlikely sadly. I do kinda hope we see more chases in the mainline though. I think a 2015 Seth Rollins could work in his WM31 and Summerslam 2015 attires or maybe a 90's HBK |

So what’s the proper three faces of Foley? It’s obviously Dude and Cactus. But what about Mankind? Is it debut all brown attire? Or white shirt? Hopefully the former IMO. How he appeared in the Rumble x3 would make most sense.
