I know some of you on here think this is no big deal and Walmart doesnβt care and Mattel already made their money blah blah blahβ¦ Thereβs no excuse for this and the fact it has yet to be fixed is concerning to thousands of consumers. International folks are in even worse shape and if theyβre lucky enough to have someone get them the figures at a decent cost, the person getting those figures is up against the scalpers. Sht ainβt right man Itβs BS. Itβs 2023 - get this fixed already. SOMEONE. |

I JUST pre-ordered the RVD and Brock ultimates. And 4 minutes later they were adjusted to zero too. Lol wtf is happening.

I have no clue wtf is going on.

Just got off the phone with customer service. Not only were all of my Collector Con preorders cancelled immediately, but Edge/Eddie too (Rey was safe). I tried to go back and preorder todayβs items and they were immediately cancelled again. CS rep told me I have a security issue on my account (probably thought I was a bot) and I have to wait 1-2 hours before making any more purchases. π¬
Meanwhile RVD/Brock are out of stock. Walmart is super trash.

I haven't posted in a forum in ages so let's hope FB pictures work lol My order went through for RVD, but yeah, same refund with $0.00 charge. My order doesn't have a "canceled" status (for now). Contacted Walmart, they gave me this. Might just be customer service answers, but I feel like I'll get that same Shelton/Nash email eventually  |

I just found Rey and Eddie. I get home, open Rey and his left foot wasn't attached. Turns out the feet are on the wrong legs. Are these feet easy to pop off and back on with some heat? I wonder if this is a common issue, because mine were on the wrong side as well. So it WAS INCREDIBLY EASY to swap them. That said, there are labels on the feet that say the way they had them are correct via L and R indicators... hmm |
