Patience and not jumping to conclusions wins again! +1 karma to Amazon I knew it was coming, my issue is if we have Prime we are paying $140 a year for the prime membership and it’s benefits. And in my case while I know there’s more benefits than free 1 day or 2 day shipping but that is the only reason I purchased and kept Prime for all these years was for the shipping. So they take the funds from my account and say my package will be here the next day I expect that service I am paying for. But like I said early on in this thread Amazon has not been meeting the Prime membership service for me since the Pandemic in 2019. And I understood during the pandemic shipping my toys was not a priority but the pandemic is over and the service is getting worse. Just in the last six months of my Amazon orders I would say 45 of 50 failed to meet the service my Prime membership is guaranteed. Of the 45 orders 4 arrived without a shipping box or envelope. Just a shipping label on the item packaging. 2 were delivered to the wrong address and all took 1 or 2 days longer than the 1 or 2 day shipping. And there’s no accountability for it. I am paying for a service with that membership so I should be getting that service I paid for. And that was my issue with them.

I’m not canceling it, but I did tell my wife we probably wouldn’t renew it this year if the service doesn’t get better.so we’ll see what happens come September or October when it’s time to renew. And it arrived in no shipping box other than Mattel’s. I’ll post better pics when I go into my collection room. So I posted better MIB and loose pics in my thread. I will say beside the issues already mentioned with the HBK figure (no chest hair, wrong boots and hearts on the boots) mine suffers from sloppy paint applications on the hearts on his tights. And Razor while the vest is gold. It’s painted in gold that ones you put a light on it or a camera flash it gets diluted and shows as a greenish gold. Like a metallic pea soup. And while Razor’s new scan looks like him I feel it could be better.

I won’t do that for a toy, but I did a few months ago when a medication needed for our cat was supposed to be delivered on the same day but didn’t arrive for two days later. It was on B/O at our vets and Chewy said it would be 4 days so I went Amazon as he would have gotten relief that day. Anyway we went to the vets the next night after they got it in and got it. So with that order I did complain about and the did comp it.

I have been on the fence on that one for a while. I was going to get it them Hasbro showed their 6” line so I held off. Then I thought about it again and Mezco put their one:12 up for pre order and again I put it on hold I ordered the one:12 instead.

Just got mine. Amazon just slapped an address label right in the shipper box. Can’t say I’m surprised. Some of the corners of the actual box got slightly dinged but nothing that will ever bother me. I’m unsure on if/when I’ll open it up because I’m currently trying to clean up my display and cut a lot of the redundancies.

That’s how mine was shipped as well, but there was nothing wrong with the content inside the damaged Mattel shipper box.

Last time I ordered from Amazon, I even requested multiple items arrive together in an extra box. Still showed up individually, the figs just in their packer like my 1st order of them that showed up damaged. Wuzz up?

I got my 2 sets, and they're beautiful.
Amazon is still terrible, though. My wife ordered a food dicer 2 days ago that was supposed to be delivered today, and we got a notification that it's going to be late and not delivered until 2/7. I mean, this is ridiculous. They're missing just as much as they hit these days with these deliveries.

I'm kind of surprised with some of the blowback on this set.
I just received mine today and it's absolutely gorgeous. Awesome new headscan on Razor and I believe Shawn as well. The gear on both figures really pop. Couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase.

I'm kind of surprised with some of the blowback on this set. I just received mine today and it's absolutely gorgeous. Awesome new headscan on Razor and I believe Shawn as well. The gear on both figures really pop. Couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase. I think it is a solid set as well. My only issues are Hall not coming with an additional head and the deco error on the back of Shawn's tights. The biggest problem for most people probably comes from the fact that both guys got some awesome Ultimate Edition figures released just last year and that particular look for HBK has already been done.

I was going to quote a post, but there are multiples. It doesn't really matter - I was just put aback by the hypocrisy. All good if you all want to return your stuff, go for it Funny, I just went through all of my posts, no where did I specifically tell anyone to return their sets (telling someone they’d be better off just getting a certain figure from the set on the secondary market and not blowing 55 plus on this set is NOT Telling them to return) I pointed out that this set was very lackluster. I hardly complain about QC, I did it pretty much this one time because this was a set I was really looking forward to and they made some pretty egregious ups on it. Nowhere did I say anything telling people to cancel their sets. Maybe you need to work on your comprehension skills and not put words in my mouth yeah? I’m sorry if pointing out glaring inconsistencies in this set ruffled your feathers (actually I’m not) but I’m sure with time (and maybe therapy) you’ll get over it. Spark a nerve? Calm down dude, it's not that serious. Multiple posts tell people to ignore Shawn, buy on eBay instead, etc. Did you say it verbatim? No. Did you imply it? Absolutely. Good day.
