My Damn Toys posted his walk through of the Mattel booth and the gold on the Razor looked fine there. It does depend on the lighting actually.

I clown on Jazwares a lot but at least they never mess up something as simple as colors. yeah they know how to do metallics 🤣 I get the frustration, but some folks act like fluorescent, LED & incandescent lights don’t alter color temperature drastically. Until they end up in hand, we’re going to be playing this guessing game. |

I ended up canceling this set. The only thing I like is the Razor mid/post match hair. Had HBK come with the entrance chaps, and Razor had the correct vest color, I could forgive the fact that Razor is missing the correct right elbow pad and he still never wore Triple H leg sleeves for knee pads...
And stop doing the "lighting" game. We've done this over-and-over. They literally had to release an Ultimate Razor in the correct purple to fix the color on the DM that Bill acted confused about for ten years when you asked him why it was the wrong shade. He also didn't know what you meant when you asked him why Dude Love's shirt wasn't tie dye, but we conveniently have a new Dude Love with a, checks notes, actual tie dye shirt.
