Might as well cut this list in half so we have the true possible list of names. Plenty of these aren't on the table.
And half the people you listed are obscure and have no chance of being put in this line over AE repaints and rereleases.
Maybe 4 of your WWF names can even be made.
So with that, I'll say jeans DDP, 1998 Booker and the Disciple.

I voted Raven, even though it's probably never going to happen. I would of put Billy Kidman on that list too. Everyone and their mother knows I want a jeans DDP, so I know it's a matter of time. '98 Booker is also possible too. Baby blue Mr.Perfect from Starrcade '97 is a want. I wouldn't mind seeing a Sugar Shane Helms. There's a lot of cool figures we could get in this line, I just hope it doesn't turn into a jeans repaint/streetwear line.

When we talk about early WCW Nitro, I feel like Kevin Sullivan is a huge missing piece in the Mattel collection; I also think he'd make a nice figure, with the Dungeon of Doom robe, etc. They already made Shark & Zodiac, & Kamala.... I wasn't a HUGE fan of Kevin Sullivan but I feel like the figure is needed here.
Also I think Glacier would be pretty important to this line.

I'd also like to see Curt Hennig & Sherri Martel (lots of people I'd like to see that aren't under contract)
I doubt they can do these contractually, but getting some of the Attitude Era women as BAFs would be nice. Debra and Miss Jacquelyn are two names I know I would want.
