I don’t remEmber Walmart exclusives ever being easy to find TNF were very easy to get as were the Flashbacks other than the last series. |

I see these toy hunt vids and people seeing the wal mart summerslam shipper in every store and ive yet to see it in a handful of places. My pre orders havent been canceled yet but I assume its a matter of time

Oh boy, not only do I not have a Walmart around me. But... I'M GOING TO THROW AN ABSOLUTE FIT IF I CAN'T HAVE MY BLACK UE SINGLET BRET. I've been asking for this damn figure for years and Walmart just sucks. This makes me like Target even more. If I get an extra and you need it, it's yours. |

Mattel agreed to do this. They've known about Walmarts issues. So much so, they had discussions about it. Still offered the MNW line to them. It's the Mattel way. And not only did they give Walmart a line knowing Walmart had serious issues, they gave Walmart THE line a lot of folks, like me, had been waiting years for. Yeah, I get it. I'm pretty angry at Mattel over this as well, no matter what apologists say. Agreed. If Walmart wants exclusives, then give them 1 off exclusives and not line exclusives. You can't tell me target wouldn't have wanted to get their hands on this line. Even Amazon would have been better off. Hell would've taken earth and entertainment if I could. |

Walmart and preorders were never easy. Nine times out of ten my orders were/are canceled. Has been that way forever for me with Walmart. And since the pandemic they have actually gotten worse. That said people need to realize unless we are buying something directly from Mattel we are not Mattel’s customers the retailers are. That’s where Mattel gets paid from. So they are going to cater to what the retailers want.

The Monday Night Wars line is something I'm ridiculously excited for. If Walmart f's this up (they will) I will be really pissed. I NEVER find figures I want in store at any of my local Walmarts, so I have to rely on preorders.
