I'm watching through 96-97 Raw and Nitro and really like the design of the Raw Logo and was wondering if Mattel ever put it out

No, not to my knowledge. We’ve got the 80s/early 90s style with block logo, scratch logo, and Raw Is War.

Yeah, I think the only RAW one we’ve gotten near that era is the RAW is WAR one that came with the Top Talents Rock.
