Is basic Ali ref gear or boxing gear? Since its a WM-themed set, its likely WM 1 Ali, which sucks. Echoing statements from others in this thread, I ordered the SDCC set for the uniqueness of the referee Ali. |

Echoing statements from others in this thread, I ordered the SDCC set for the uniqueness of the referee Ali. I really don't get the Ali-Basic complaints. I mean, ref Ali is Ali's only WWF look... we all knew it was a 99% given that it would turn up in either the Basic or Elite line, sooner or later. It just happens to be sooner (like his forthcoming Retro too)... for all we know, they might only have his licence for a short-term deal. Anyway, the SDCC figure still has the unique/Ultimate articulation - and awesome packaging. I wonder if people would be so bothered by this new Basic if the SDCC set had sold-out in minutes? We'd probably be hearing "I'm so pleased the ref Ali is getting a Basic release", lol. 🤷♂️ |

I don't get why everyone is complaining about the price of Bray it's not like they are charging that much
but it's either order him now at that price point or take the chance at retail and fight the scalpers for him and not ever find it or pay above 50 bucks for him on eBay
Then everyone who didn't get him now will complain about the secondary market prices being way too much for him
I can only imagine how everyone is going to react to the price of the new ultimate version of him when it's 40 bucks for preorder

I'm really glad I ordered Bray yesterday. This is the Bray I've really wanted for a long time.
The only others I ordered for now were WM40 McAfee and Top Dolla. May grab a few others later.

Snagged Survivor Series HBK and 3 Kevin Owens. Been waiting for them to go up for preorder since these were first shown at SDCC. Can’t wait! Curious about that Basic Mania Rollins though. Depending on the attire, I may get that figure too. only 3? not that big of an owens fan after all huh? It’s only 3 for now… 😏 |

So Quake has the tall boots that make him the same height as andre
The medium sized boots they gave him before they made the shark were correct. These ones are not..
I think typhoon has tall boots now too
The disasters are gonna be too tall.

Someone died, and RSC chose to make some extra money from it. I think it's low class. My opinion.

Considering they inflate every price of every item they order, to make a profit. This also depends on the case breakdown. Since it’s about the principle, for the sake of discussion, what should the cost of it been? |

Not me…🤷♂️ But with it having been done as the SDCC exclusive, I wish they would have just left the ref attire as an exclusive and done him in street gear as a regular basic. |

And the thing is, not everyone can afford an Ultimate 2-pack. Or maybe they just don’t have a need for two Ali figures, or a boxer Ali figure. The Basic line offering worthy alternatives to the more expensive lines is something I never thought we’d get again. It’s a win for everyone. |
