just report it as a fraudulent transaction to your credit card company - you can explain what's happened in terms of buying goods, not receiving goods, vendor won't communicate or respond to requests for refunds etc
not sure on US law, but in the UK, consumer law states that credit card companies are part-responsible for transactions where you've used the credit card to buy goods or services
then they will act against the vendor, and if enough credit card complaints go through, Sal would have to act or see his own credit rating drop faster than an OF model's pants

I don't understand the concept of paying for nudes, or in most cases, barely nudes. You can literally view millions of pictures and videos of nude ladies for free, provided you've got an internet connection.
I prefer to seek out weather-beaten pages torn out of porno magazines and stashed in bushes in the local field.

You all should report this guy. I siggest the following: 1.) if paid via credit card, report him from now to next Friday. The more the better, it will hurt his ranking. 2.) if you are at it, report him to the better business bureau until next Friday. 3.) create a crapstorm, call him out publically. VintageFigs1 already offered his help to make it public, go for it. Don’t let this mf get away like that. Your money is lost, you should rib this guy on social media. Call out Mitch from Grapplers and Gimmicks. If he is really a friend of Rush, he should use that, otherwise to hell with him aswell. Let’s go guys! |

Now is the time for everyone to report him. He's had long enough to ship these figures. There hasn't been one confirmation of an order received from his website. Contact the fraud department of your credit card company like i did. If you used debit, contact your bank. Also report him to the better business bureau and call him out on social media. Let everyone know what he has done. We all have to do this together to make this clown pay for ripping off hundreds of people. Let's bury this fool!

Meanwhile he is online promoting and reposting stuff from the Monsters line and reposting images from “satisfied” customers. I hate to say it but if someone is the victim of fraudulent behavior, you should consider reporting their social media accounts. |

What hes posting as having arrived appears to be uk exclusives so im guessing he had a deal with whomever in the uk to have those fulfilled much like people had no problems getting their rush figs from Asylum.

Yeah the only people who have received figures are the ones who ordered from distributors. He's yet to ship a single order from his website which is why i have reported him to the fraud department of my credit card company and will be contacting the BBB as well and i urge everyone else to do the same so he doesn't get away with stealing money from hundreds of people. I also reported his Instagram account as a fraudulent scam |

I DM'd him on IG asking for an update on how to claim a refund for figures he's not supplied.
He blocked me.
All he's doing now is ignoring the wrestling figure line in hope that is Monsters line is going to sell well. Only who is he selling to?? (well, attempting to sell to) - the same people who bought his first series of crap figures.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE MONSTERS LINE!! There's no guarantee the final figures will look like the artwork and prototypes he's posting, there's no guarantee you'll actually receive a figure you've paid for and there's no guarantee that whatever may arrive will be worth the money he's charging.
There's going to be plenty on the secondary market for those who really are interested. But wait and don't get your fingers burned like we did on his wrestlers.

He claims he has sent orders and still is. That sounds like bs because there isn’t one reported instance of someone who ordered from him direct getting theirs.
