I just had my target pre order for Taker, D’Lo and Kama cancelled as well.

Cancelled Kama, D'Lo, Brother Love...
Was told by a rep that it was because a previous rep had price matched clearance sale for me...pre-order items have to ship at the same price they were ordered, I was told 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Edit: Well...Target stepped up to the plate, and knocked it out of the park on this one
1. Processed a full refund on my most recently delivered order of 3 Star wars Black Series figs ($89.21 total)
2. Gave me a case number to use when/if Legends 19 comes back in stock. I can order D'Lo, Brother Love, Kama and get a full refund on that order as well

This whole thread is WILD.
My Target has tons of stuff on Clearance, and I just bought a Taker for 6.59. I get issues come into play in retail, but Target just threw away money -- and I am sure this happened much more than once.
I can't imagine it's easy to do retail. But crazy they can't set aside enough to fulfill their pre-orders, yet have to clearance others. Seems like there should be an algorithim before they clearance something that tells them people have it on pre-order.
But I guess it would be too expensive to send that back to a facility and ship it out for retail sale.

I just grabbed D'Lo and Kama for 21 a piece with free shipping off Amazon. Tired of playing this game and that's probably the best offer I'll see.

I passed on Brother Love because I still had my pre-order, which had been price matched to the recent clearance sale. How can you clearance items (multiple times!) before you've shipped pre-orders? |

I had my preorders canceled as well and never came across any D'lo or Kama in the wild. If anyone comes across any and can help out it would be much appreciated.

Same as all of you, although thankfully I found all but Brother Love in stores first. Would’ve been nice to get it for the sale price, but oh well. Ordered one from a seller on Amazon for $19.57 plus tax. I’m fine with that. The figure definitely isn’t worth much more than that for me.

I found all of them in stores.
I wish I knew this would happen. I would’ve gladly cleared the pegs at my Targets to help you guys out.

Target had me approve a delay on Brother Love Thursday, today the order was cancelled. Usually get about 5 delay approvals before they cancel. My Targets skipped that set except Undertaker they got 5 cases of him.

I saw them in the store about a month ago and was surprised I didn't get mine already from the pre-order. So, logically I passed on them at the store because I had already ordered. MISTAKE! Pre-order means nothing anymore. Just like Walmart. We are going backward and getting punished for ordering ahead. What a mess.

This isn't promising at all. If Target is gonna start canceling preorders like Walmart, which is honestly the only way some of us can get the figures, I don't know what to do. I guess keep buying them off ebay.

There's also the element that some people are too disabled to leave the house often. Even if I did have a target here I'd still more than likely be trying to order them online. |

Luckily I found these at retail and cancelled my pre-orders; But I'm very worried, because I have WCW Hulkamania Jimmy Hart pre-ordered and it's one of my "most wanted" figures....
I worry because I only saw Paul E. Dangerously in stores one time and the package was messed up - I bought it because I collect loose and I suspect that the beat-up package was the only reason it was still on the shelf..... and then my pre-order Dangerously came, so I have two - and that's okay, as I really like the figure and having one of these MOC is fine (the pre-order one came in pristine shape). But aside from that beat-up one that I bought, I never saw Dangerously in a store.
I depend on the pre-order to "guarantee" that I'll get these figures if I don't see them at the store.... but if now we're saying that the pre-orders aren't guaranteed to come, my stress level over these things is going to hit Walmart level-frustration....
