I pretty much only collect this line at this point. I love all of the figures released so far and it represents my favourite era of wrestling. Having said that I will be skipping the Hart foundation because the Bret sculpt sucks and it doesn’t feel like a representation of the Hart Foundation from that era. *If* they are still wanting to make these as close to the originals as they reasonably can, Bret would be packaged wearing his sunglasses. That may help his look, I’m hoping. Regardless, I’m all-in for this line and still looking forward to them, myself. |

BCA/TTL are still my favorites of all time. Time will tell for this Coliseum line…a lot of names I doubt we’ll ever see get made. Macho will be the biggest omission until he’s back under a deal. Savage and Steamboat would have been chef’s kiss for this line.

As for BCAs, I know it depends on what era is most nostalgic for you, when you fell in love with wrestling (toys). But these ones always felt like worst of the worst for me. I know some would say that about the LJNs though, so to each their own. |

Time will tell but the line is looking very good for future Iconic status. If they could resign Demolition and sign Dynamite Kid, this line would be best of all time for sure. Imagine Dem, Bulldogs and Hart Foundation moc in this packaging!

The options in that poll are chaotic
I think mattel has other lines that deserve to be in that poll more than jakks , ljn or hasbros
Personally not a fan of CC. Its far too limited
Now if they made any legend in that LJN style as Ultimates then i would love it
I hate that they only use talent who had ljns and that they try to make them faithfully to the old ljns. Its a neat gimmick but not a fan at all
I would rather see guys like rick the model martel, hacksaw in blue instead of black trunks. Dibiase in an ultimate gold suit... narcissist. Razot even
It would be cool to see them makr guys that ljn never did

I just wish we could get them more often! I would definitely be for expanding into the almost-LJNs lost wave though. |

Big Rubber Guys, despite only owning 2 so far and having 6 more on preorder, is my favorite current line for loose collecting. But clearly the common denominator for me is WWF LJNs, the real best line ever! |

It’s the best Mattel Legends specific line so far. I never thought anything would eclipse the OG Legends packaging but this does.
In terms of ‘All time’, I think they’d need to branch out into the Hasbro era and WCW Galoob era for it to be the best ever. I hope they stick with the same name though but maybe just tweak the packaging to suit the Hasbro or Galoob look.

It's good, certainly one of Mattel's best lines to date, but I wouldn't say it's far and away the best overall.
Ultimates in general are for sure up there as one of the best with AEW's Supremes as well

Best line of all time? Not a chance … It doesn’t matter how good they may look or how good the packaging may look, going on looks alone is irrelevant to this question because that is not what makes a figure line the best… This line or any other line will never match the Classic Superstars in terms of the sheer talent & legends represented there, the CS line will never be surpassed in that aspect

The presentation of a line is a huge aspect of being considered the best in my opinion. So far this is the best packaging of any modern scale wrestling figure line. Sure Classic Superstars was consistent which made them look impressive but I didn’t particularly like it.
If Coliseum Collection evolved into a number of different themes:
Golden Era/LJN - this incarnation
WCW/Galoob
New Gen/Hasbro
Then this would hands down be the best line ever. It’s off to a great start. Longevity is key and I wish Ringside Collectibles would add to the line each year.
