Time for more ‘hot dog’ tans???

Those guys were ridiculously tan in the 80s/90s so it is kind of baffling how it took almost 15 years for Mattel to catch on with their figures.

It was also a staple of the Hasbro line which is obviously near and dear to a lot of collector's hearts.

I think the Hogan with the bandana in his mouth has a new headscan right? Kind of hate how the other two didn't get new scans, especially Hulk still rules. I think for that era, he could of used a serious sculpt. We kept getting the same reused headscans for WCW and on Hogans. I'll see if this set goes on sale before I make a final decision. I just want WCW NWO Hogan.

I got into this in late 2012. I’m mad about all sorts of figures I missed out on. And those early head sculpts were awful.

I know what you mean. I see Mr Perfect on the pegs at Smyths and im not getting him yet because of the skin tone selection. I will wait until I can get it at the lowest price possible. I don't want to get it but I collect the Legends series.

It's annoying that they don't give Mr Perfect an accurate tan, and then they do the opposite and give Eddie Guerrero a tan paint application. How do they make these mistakes in the first place? In their thinking do they come to the conclusion that "ah they won't notice or won't care"?

Hogan’s tan I think is unique just for him. Even tho I like the UE Legends Warrior, I feel the tan is a little too dark.

You're 100% right, but if its between too tanned and no tan? HOTDOG ALL DAY LONG

Steve will tell you that they don’t have the budgeting to do different types of tans. But they definitely have enough to cancel figures left and right.
