You will all remember me as someone who took RSC to task for upping the price on the Bray figure (which I think they deserved).
I think they'd be within their rights to not fulfill and refund the people who paid for the chase Paul Bearer. It was clearly a mistake based on years of past practice; others might disagree (if you put it up, you're responsible) -- but I'd think they are still in their rights to do it.

Yeah, they'd be within their rights to not fulfill the chase Bearer orders and refund people - but it would be a great gesture on their part to honor that original price. I guess we'll see...

It was the same price as the other elites - $27.99. The chase doesn't cost more so it's not like they are losing money. They would lose $28 for the people that aren't going to reorder at $39.99. Most of the chase figures make it down to retail or even below retail anyways. If they listed as 7.99 or 17.99 (or any amount below retail), then I could see them doing that. Obviously, they are within their right, but I think it would be a dumb business decision in this scenario.

Yeah, IMO they should honor the price for the people who placed an order before they realized the mistake.

I ordered that Rumble set from last year that they mistakingly had the set up for $79.99 and they honored the price.
It's not good business to make the customer suffer from their mistake.
