I know he didn’t wear it Mania I watched Mania lol but it would be nice to add it cause he wore that t shirt with the attire after Mania like on a few Raws and also wore it on the Smackdown before MITB tho would be a bonus Tbf they added it because it’s also cool to get a cloth t shirt in the elite line.

Honestly, I'd rather have the hoodies and matching Wrestlezaynia/KOMania shirts with their Mania figures. I think we've gotten into this debate before about Sami's figures. You gotta go with what best fits that figure. Throwing in the navy Duct Tape shirt (which he is still wearing. Right now. Wore it literally this week and has been ever since they lost the belts) with a 'Mania figure is silly. If you're gonna do that look, do it separately. He's certainly worn it enough to be worthy of it's own Elite, I just made the comment about CSD because I suspect that's how they'll give it to us. The matching duct tape shirts would make for a very visually appealing 2-pack.

However, the matching Sami and Kevin hoodies are one of the few examples in wrestling I've ever seen where an article of clothing is actually important to the narrative. Off the top of my head I can't think of any other worn garment that actually was part of the plot like the hoodies were for them. I'm sure there are other examples, but usually something like that is a head piece, a mask, or an accessory. They were just hoodies, simple black hoodies, but they were 100% part of the story being told. If they're going to include a second cloth goods item with the Wrestlemania figures, it needs to be the hoodies.

All that said, as far as cloth goods goes, we haven't seen any word as to if the new E106 Sami comes with a shirt but I pray to GOD they just give us the first duct tape shirt. Don't half-a&& your way around the actual Elimination Chamber shirt, you'll never make it look right under the constraints of IP Copyright. This isn't a Cena "Yankees" jersey which you can go with the basic vibe of. Just give us the Sami Uso ZAYN shirt and call it a day. Because frankly that and the head are probably going to be the only things on that figure not ending up shoved in a drawer somewhere. I'm already planning on buying multiples of it but I just want to harvest the heads off them for customs. Those pants are atrocious and if I'm putting EC or pre-Mania Sami's on my shelf, I'm going to make my own.

Oh, and one of those harvested heads is immediately going on the E102 figure. Like, open box, swap head, discard waste.

Because that's what it appears they want you to do at this point with his figures. Make your own. And tbh? If they ever do release an UE Ucey Sami, it's gonna have to be really special for me to replace the custom I made on my bloodline shelf. That "Feelin Ucey" head is so magical and I don't know how Mattel can ever top it, especially with their horrible track record with dynamic expressions. I mean, I want the figure in the worst way, but it will probably go on a different shelf.

The Steiner's being UEs isnt a deal breaker for me...Ill gladly take them as Elites!

This is a great list. Rick Martel in Strike Force gear and Barbarian in Powers of Pain gear would be huge. So, too would Barbarian in his solo attire and Martel in his model attires. 

Also, I was watching some late 1997 WWF, and was thinking that the Patriot needs a figure, so great addition to your list.
