They already did that Rick Rude back in a previous summer slam wave, I believe elite 77. Welp, I would go with SS 89 Brutus then (although I prefer WM 6 to be his next figure). I was trying to go with one match from that card. I don't think they will do it, but I would prefer a whole set from 89: Brutus Warrior Macho (has to come with soft goods robe) Sherri Also forgot that the BAF was announced - I feel like Cone should have been in a basic series (maybe even sold with a basic ring). Nicholas is okay since he probably wouldn't sell much on his own, but both of them back to back as BAF is underwhelming. Someday, when I die, i want them to hollow out my casket and dump all my plastic crack in it, stack me on top, and at the memorial service I want them to tell everyone who attends that my final wishes are for the world to know that I wanted the Nicholas Cone figure, I was very happy we got it, and died forever sad that we never got a Miz Girl figure. |

I'm pretty sure John Cone has already been revealed as BAF but besides that I'd have to think that Logan Paul '22 is likely. Also they're gonna find some way to put a Hogan in there, if there are any left to do.
Outside of that, I don't know. If I could have one I wanted, it would be SS 2018 Becky. I've wanted that one in Elite form for ages now, the basic is so disappointing, especially since we got Ultimate Charlotte and Elite Carmella from that match. They’ve done 1988. 89 and 90 are both Hulk Rules shirt with a red Hulkamania headband which is the same as his Survivor Series figure. 1991 was also a Hulk Rules shirt but a Hulkster Rules bandana. That was his last SS until 2005 which they did. 2006 was the same attire but with 2 knee braces instead of 1. And that was his last match ever in WWE. So looks like 1991 is probably the best option. |

SvS 2002 HBK gives me a feeling they wouldn't revisit that exact era again soon but I still feel like SummerSlam 2002 HBK is a glaring hole for Mattel. A match that tons of people hold in high regard, awesome look, molds all there. Hopefully coming soon!

Now we are talking. Good thread. I think it's difficult to get excited about seeing anything new MOC in that new design packaging.
In theory that Hulk Hogan MOC packaging sounds good that the OP suggested. But that was considering how it would look in the old design packaging.
Also Hulk Hogan was in the last Summerslam set and so I don't think he will be in the next set. But if he is MOC with the Python Power bandana from the Summerslam 1990 poster would be my choice.

Although they'd not be able to do the back deco properly due to the swearing, so probably not. Although a Bischoff from that match would certainly be *interesting* and a heck of a way to get a wrestling gear figure made. |

I don't think the new packaging is all that horrible. I would like a little more plastic at the bottom but you can still see the waist of each Superstar, we really need the WWE Winged Eagle around Hulk Hogan's waist again. Been a long time since we've seen it and we have new head scans. |

Also, anyone know if WWE/Mattel could still make Billy Gunn Elites? If they can, then I’d love a Billy Gunn from SummerSlam 1998 or 1999. I really wish we could get SummerSlam 2005 Matt Hardy too, but that ain’t gonna happen for obvious reasons.
