Can't wait to get both those Paul Bearers.
Great job from Mattel getting these versions made since the 1997, to 1998 look which is iconic and was really needed. Now let's hope Mattel can make Paul Bearer from 1999 with using the same formula as the variant but with back hair, red shirt, black suit with no tie. 👍

people who hate on Sam Roberts really annoy me. Dude is doing better than all of us, and he's as big of a fan of the WWE as there is. Plus I enjoy the hell out of his show with Jim Norton. Apparently you don't understand the point of these videos. They aren't made for the internet hardcore informed collector. They are ADVERTISING meant for children, parents, casuals, etc to get more eyes on the toys. They aren't for the people who sat through every single second of the comic con reveals. So of COURSE he's not gonna be like "oh here's the 478th Brock Lesnar basic figure" Video was fine, I love seeing other wrestlers who are fans/collectors going over new products. Nice to see final protos of some upcoming sets and the LWO pack is a great idea. People just hate to hate. He grinds hard gotta respect it Working hard, making money, being successful, fan of WWE and the product - all great qualities/characteristics. However, that doesn't necessarily make him a good/great host for the WWE Mattel line. Hosting jobs aren't for everyone and not everyone has the ability to connect with their intended audience (whether it is a niche audience or more mainstream/general population). That's why most talk shows and game shows fail and the ones that are successful usually mean the host as job security for years/decades. And the ones that are successful still face their share of criticism. Personally, his delivery style annoys me and I'm pretty sure he would annoy me if I was a kid, a parent, or a casual, but that's just me. |
