Bulldog concept looks great. Only thing that would drive me nuts are the tassles on the clothline arm. They need to hang down.
Diana is an easy pass.

she's got zero brand value, it's not like people have been desperately clamouring for such a non-wrestling entity when there are far more interesting signings available

Agreed. Didn’t have one single moment I can remember. Also hated that brown leather jacket.

He welcomed criticism with the savio figure which resulted in it getting changed drastically. Mitch (who claims to know action figures) needed to make the changes, and yet you have to accept - he was happy to put his name against the preliminary art and then changed it! he's still doing it now, he's posting pics like the Mero figure with the disclaimer "Not final figure" - why not show the final rendition??? it's not like this is hard to do, you've got a designer, get him to design the figure, get it to the point where you think it's the "best" possible design you can produce and push it into the production cycle. THEN release the art to show consumers what they're buying!! instead, Mitch is posting a preliminary pic and saying "Buy this! And hope it gets better when we make it!" and he still can't see that he's letting his own product down by relying on good will to get him through.
A lot of businesses post the same disclaimer. That is in fact not the final product so the disclaimer covers his ass but is also the fair and responsible thing to do. Nothing in the final product until you have the actual production samples. Even the paint masters aren’t the final version and it would be misleading to let people think that they are. But they’re a very good representation of what the final product will be. Savio was at that stage but got negative feedback and Mitch made major adjustments but this was all before pre sale began. We knew what the figure was going to look like when it went on sale. What we’re getting is what he showed. You’re referring to the gold of the MOM protos not being being consistent with the production version we got. Understandably disappointing but not indicative of an overarching issue. IMO

IMO no, I'm not referring to the inconsistency of MOM, I'm referring to every one of Mitch's figures to date. No-one can claim that the figures they've received are the quality they would have expected and they're happy for the price they've paid. these are $10 figures at best, then again even figures found in discount dollar stores have better design quality than G+G's figures do.
the guy is a con-artist, he's showing concept art, taking money from that with the "Look, this is going to be better, honest!" line and then failing to deliver with the final product. at least Mattel's concept art and prototypes match the figures we receive in the end.
isn't it odd that Mattel can manage to get their concept art and prototypes to look like what their "final" figures will look like, but none of these other companies can?
Mattel aren't special, they're just con-artists trying to scam a buck from customers like G+G have done.

You are definitely within the minority in terms of your opinion. Godfather looked like the proto. Crappy figure and we all knew that based on the protos which is why I passed on it. Ahmed looked like the proto. Great figure. You’ve probably never seen it in person but it looks exactly like it was supposed to look. MOM figures are top quality color difference aside. I don’t have my godwinns or savio in hand yet but from what I’ve seen they’re superb.

Mattel aren't special, they're just con-artists trying to scam a buck from customers like G+G have done. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but to say Mitch is a scam artist is a bit of a stretch. Goldgate aside, I think most people have been very impressed with all of the G&G purchases. I knew what Godfather was going to look like. I saw pictures on social media of him through the whole pre-order window. Additionally, Mattel had a recent change from concept art to finished product very recently with their Retro line. Piper was pictured with the Stone Cold/Orton legs and was then changed to the kicking Zayn legs, which was a massive letdown IMO. I won’t make the “don’t like it, don’t buy it” argument. I encourage you to throw your hat into the retro ring and do it. Make sure you don’t take any pre-orders to fund the projects. This should all be 100% personally funded. Don’t use a “final product may vary” disclaimer. What you will see is what you will get! Have zero delay between when the final product is shown and when it will be available for purchase. And most importantly, make sure you please every single want of each and every individual on the internet. All the while avoiding all of the pitfalls you’re unhappy about is so easy, I know you’ll be incredibly successful in your venture! I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. We all look forward to singing your praises on the message board.

Strongly disagree with britishbrickfan. Do I wish the figures were $10? Sure, we all do. But the figures have been good. Not as high of quality as others in terms of QC and materials but they are still fulfilling the wants of many figure collectors. That doesn’t make them perfect nor does that mean we shouldn’t criticize…but acting like these are trash is completely out of line.

What happened to Savio being a ‘washed out red’ like everyone was complaining about?!

Tbf, though, his vest does look a bit shoddily painted on.

Got my Savio and Godwins, haven't opened yet, but they look pretty good. Biggest complaint I would have is the Godwins having pretty much the exact same body sculpts. Wish they were 2 different bodies/theoretical action move.

What happened to Savio being a ‘washed out red’ like everyone was complaining about?! Pretty sure I was right: Part of the issue with the concerns over the Savio figure is the lighting and cameras used. Mitch was live streaming (primarily using his front facing camera) in an oddly lit room (mixed lighting due to his display cases). These could factor into the colors appearing less vivid. As always, I will do an in-depth review when I receive it (including using multiple types of light sources).

(not a shot at you, i agree with you. poking fun at the complainers)

I agree the red paint looks better than people feared -- it's just something about the way the stripes are painted that makes it feel cheap (at least to me)

http://instagram.com/p/CzZrAf9PfSH my Godwinns arrived today. There's something really off about Henry's skin tone. I think it's skin tone painted over yellow. My wife says I'm crazy but to the naked eye, he has a bit of jaundice. There was also a big split in Henry's bubble when he arrived, hopefully I was unlucky or Mitch knows I open them and sent me that one on purpose (I messaged about MOM). but something to watch for. split was just above the bucket

Interesting notes. The picture you shared looks to match your description. Tomorrow I will be getting mine in but may not have time to review them until next week.

Interesting notes. The picture you shared looks to match your description. Tomorrow I will be getting mine in but may not have time to review them until next week. it is entirely possible it's the lighting in my office, because I have one cool white light bulb and one daylight light bulb so the lighting can be a little funny, but no other figure (including Phineas, presumably molded in white plastic) has ever looked so yellow. The pig and slop bucket are amazing accessories though and are literally what put me over the edge on buying them. Henry is right on the bubble of the time frame I'm collecting and Phineas is out of the bubble, but I couldn't get just Hank
