Hearing Series 3 was taken down due to the missing Roma auto but ZST already had heat on him for the bait and switch so he had to put out something. We will see if there is a running change. He took them down weeks ago. They’ll be back up once he’s able to actually ship more

ZST post on social media a CM Punk FACTORY UPDATE “They are finishing up,then they’ll be carded and then sent out!”
Late summer/early fall is the eta. To be generous that would be the 8 weeks of Sept/ Oct.
IMHO Feb 2025.

ZST website regarding SDCC Candido/Big Bully: Estimated Ship Date: “Late August/Mid-September 2024“
That time frame covers the next three weeks.
Unfortunately ZST consistently waits until the end of his eta’s to provide his shipping updates that become more vague ie;”soon, any day now, few weeks”
As a reminder other than Booger, all figures follow the same timeline so at this point ZST knows if those figures will be here or not.
Any consumer in the history of civilization would see a “estimated ship date” as when it’ll be shipped to them, do you think ZST is deceitful enough for that to mean the ship date to him from overseas that takes 12weeks?

it's not like the dates for SDCC is a surprise to anyone
perhaps next year, he'll actually invest in making product ahead of time so it's
A. in hand and ready to ship and B. actually in his warehouse and ready to ship immediately on SDCC weekend
then he can sell an "SDCC Exclusive" that is actually available to buy on SDCC weekend and you'd have it in your hands a week later

I don't see why anyone complains about this anymore. The guy has been in business for years and has engaged in this practice from day one -- when you buy a figure with him, you know this will happen.

Trust me when I say…this thread has mitigated worse from ZST. We may never mitigate it all the way down to honesty and timeliness, but we are saving people money through transparency.

Labor day sale starts at noon EST tomorrow. Says everything in stock ready to ship. I am still torn on whether or not to pick up the Matt Cardona 2 pack. Maybe there will be a surprise drop of Mr Hughes or someone cool too!

Maybe there will be a surprise drop of Mr Hughes or someone cool too! Series 3 was taken down on June 30th (60 days ago), after being available for 10 days “Due to the overwhelming amount of orders…to handle all the boxing up that comes with it” To advertise a Labor Day Sale with “Immediate shipping” must mean the “overwhelming” -ness has subsided so maybe Series 3 will be back up? Will it contain the Roma error card or will there be a running change? Will Sale mean lower price or just on-sale and available?

They're 40 a piece, don't remember what they were at on initial "order". Looks like he's also got Bruce Lee and various stuff all the way back to S1. Just goes to show there's no need for FOMO over nearly anything he puts out. Also means theres really no resale value on 95% of his items neither sadly.

lesson learned. This guy's stock isn't ever going to be fleeting. I bought into the "super rare" sales pitch and paid way over for Sullivan, Brody and Jarrett on the secondary market when I first found out about the line and missed the pre-order windows. Then I waited for when he put back up series 2 to get whatever else I needed. Now we're heading into September and this guy has ALL of series 2 still available....like wtf. I'm not pre-ordering anything, these things aren't super rare and will be around miraculously for many more holiday-themed sales to come it seems.

IMHO he is saving a lot of stock for Black Friday because there won’t be any new items then (maybe a preorder). This sale could coincide with cm punk, candido, busick customs charges.

Not much of a sale. Most items are at their regular prices. Nothing new dropped.

It is hilarious to read this, from the same people on this forums who preorder and over pay for any Elite figure that will be hitting 10,000 stores. I thought 99% of y’all were against anything being worth anything on the secondary market anyway, so what does it matter with this line
I’m glad he’s putting all of them back up, for people who missed out. Everyone praises Mattel for rereleases and charging more, but God forbid a small company put stock back out for sale

The biggest difference is that he was intentionally trying to deceive people with saying this were sold out. Other than that, I don’t mind it at all.

This isn’t new, unless I’m mistaken he’s never said series 1 or series 2 is “sold out.” He said from the beginning he’d sell as many as he could, he wouldn’t cap the regular series releases. I don’t care for his style either, but there are plenty of other things to complain about.

I wonder what the actual reason is that zombies not big on repaints. Hes apparently using the mattel factory so im assuming its difficult or costly. Theres no good reason he wouldn't have repainted ryder or hawkins unless his stock is still what he got from his first shipment years ago or that its not worth it financially.

I don’t care for his style either, but there are plenty of other things to complain about. You could be right. Maybe I am conflating previous times where product was taken off of his web store for whatever reason and then brought back later on. There have been times where items sold out but he had remaining stock due to damaged packaging or extras that were kept in case replacements were needed. Those I don’t fault any company for.
