These look solid but ill probably pass as 89 road warriors not in the hasbro timeline. I would love to see Epic do a gallob version of these though that would be sick. Good showing from zombie regardless

Hawk looks good. Animal feels a little off but I can’t say what it is exactly. Overall I like them. I’m holding out to see how the 92 Gold LOD from Epic looks before I choose which I want. ZST also posted this: Only fault I see is how he did the high waistline Hawk and Animal have. I would rather an incorrect lower waistline on their pants than just lazily painted onto the torso. Other than that they look great. I also think I need one set of Road Warriors and one set of LoD, so will get these and the Epic (who have been killing it lately) gold LoD. Yeah I hated that he's done that. Same with Bully Busicks elbow pad just painted on instead of sculpted on.

The arms don't actually seem too bad on these to me, but it's the same old pose yet again. They only seem shorter because the pads cover half of them 😅 Probably!

Same old attire again also … the shoulder pads are different between them but can we get some NWA Warriors in different color face paint? … Seriously Yeah, although I do like the green paint on Animal, it is a bit samey lately. I don't hate these, though, but will I spend £90-£100 on them? Not likely. I'll see how Epic's turn out, and I'd be surprised if no other retro company has a stab. Frankly, I'd love a Galoob version.

I would much rather have Galoob NWA-style Road Warriors than Hasbro-style retros. Not knocking these in the least; you just brought up something I didn’t know I needed! I would hope for removable pads but molded wouldn’t be the end of the world.

Do we know what has been covered up on the picture of the back of Sandman’s card? I imagine it’s not yet announced figures.

This is why I posted it lol. It’s probably mostly figures we know about with 1-2 surprises. He just doesn’t want to announce the next series yet.

Damn, I was looking forward to getting Bob Holly. He is struck by the long arms disease and now looks like his boots are three sizes than normal. Saves me $40 at least.

This is the guy I picture. Not someone that jacked but most notably in the hair. I really hope that gets improved upon because it is a miss. You can see what they were going for but it is too light and the wrong texture. Fix that and this figure goes from a four to a 6.75

But toy manufacturers seem to be stuck on only using that one well known publicity photo for anything representing the JCP era.

Holly looks rough but it’s a hand painted prototype so it’ll be 2 years before it’s available anyway

Tbf the production figures always turn out better than the proto with ZST. This will look nice next to Hasbros 1-2-3 Kid. I especially like the face expression.

Fair about the final product but the facial expression seems off. He is almost sneering whereas Bob would usually have a straight smile during that time period.

I feel like things are becoming really hit and miss with these. Herc and Roma are fantastic figures, but there seems to be quite a few misses lately.

I always think the heads/faces end up looking a little worse than the proto. I usually like them at proto stage and come final product I’m often not quite as impressed. Slick, Jack Tunney are examples for sure.
