So I had to approve the delay for my series 2 (Lockup wave) from Target this morning.of course they sent it at 4:01am so luckily I was up at 4:20 or so to go to the bathroom. Or they probably would have canceled it if they hadn’t heard back from me within the hour.

What is the size comparison of the new McFarlane BTAS figs to the animated figures that came out a few years ago?

What is the size comparison of the new McFarlane BTAS figs to the animated figures that came out a few years ago? Which ones? The old DCD ones? McFarlane’s DCD ones are the same molds. If you mean his DC Multiverse ones then they are much larger than his DCD and the original DCD figures. |

I think im referring to the DC Collectibles 6 inch line These? They are the same sculpts as McFarlane’s DCD figures. He just been adding cel shading to them. DCD/DCC BtAS/TNBA - These are much larger (height and mass) than the DCD/DCC figures.   |

I had to approve my four for delay on the latest wave this morning with Target but an hour or so later, everyone but Batman shipped. Batman is showing on back order.

Big Bad just sent me an email saying TNBA wave with Batman, Batgirl, Two-Face and Killer Croc will be processing soon. Do let us know what the "cel-shading" situation is on the final products, since for some reason the prototype images didn't appear to have any cel-shading, which has got me skeptically hoping. I'm probably wrong, but man it would be great if they did actually abandon the cel-shading (on both TNBA and BTAS) then the new characters would actually fit in with my existing collection, that I already spend hundreds on and have no intention of rebuying. |

From pics I’ve seen online from those who received them from McFarlane’s store it looked like it wasn’t on the TNBA wave, but I know the first TNBA Batman figure he released had it on the inside of his legs and arms which didn’t look bad.  |

Both those Batman heads are rather poor sculpts as well. The electronic helmet one, looks like he's really overweight with a fat neck.

If not for wanting the Lock-Up I would have passed on it. |

I hope we could get more vehicles from this line. I’d love to see an in scale TNBA Batmobile. |
