He’s not getting an Elite unless he starts wrestling. I don’t believe this. He could easily be a BAF down the road if he has a heavy presence on tv. But with that said, I do see him wrestling for WWE in the future. Adam Pearce has had a strong presence on TV and Mattel hasn't even bothered giving him a basic. |

Agreed, Mattel seems to have cooled off on commentator/authority figures though I think they'd do well specially in the basics line. Crazy we only got 1 Michael Cole figure to this point. |

He’s definitely due for an upgrade. 11 years ago! and Mattel loves rereleasing figures now but they wont make it easy for new collectors to get a Cole. Its odd! |

Is there a reason why people wouldn’t settle for a basic? I mean do you really need an ab-crunch and bicep articulation on a suited fig? Well, that double elbow articulation is great for holding a mic up. That's half the reason I love that Dok Hendrix BAF. |

Yes and give me a Adam Pierce as well. I don't know why they just gave up entirely on announcers/crew/authority figures outside of BAFs. I loved the basics of GM Foley and Re-Debut Shane. Commissioner Foley seemed like one we were never getting but somehow we finally got one. Commissioner Michaels is a holy grail of mine and borderline impossible to come by, it would be a great candidate for Greatest Hits. I just had to buy a custom basic Michael Cole because I don't think we're ever getting another of him. Corey Graves is one of the last announce team figures I think we ever got period, and again, he was a basic.
Don't get me started on the Renee Young Abomination.
It makes me mad, I love collecting "crew" figures but they make it so dang hard.

Hope he wrestles and this is just the way to bring him into the fold. So ideally we wait and get him in gear. If not, I’d be totally good with a suited figure of him just so we have him. I do think we’re overdue for Adam Pearce.
